I love this time of year. It's mystical to be in between endings and beginnings. I write endings first because every ending is a beginning, and the circle of life continues. Oh the web we weave, and the one being woven. I hope my understanding and trust of this process continues to grow and show me more proof of miracles. A super strong wind literally just blew into my window. A blustery thunderstorm gathers in my neck of the woods. The overcast clouds make me think of the movie, "Something Wicked this Way Comes".
I relentlessly stretch and reach for supernatural glimmers of light, windfalls of joy and meaning beyond words. My first name is a number 7 in numerology, ruled by Neptune. I need to be connected to the mystery behind things. Combining this with a Gemini-Rising and an Aquarius Moon (both air signs), and all the Pluto in my astrological chart it's a wonder I can't de-materialize.

During meditation the pause in between the breath is the connection to all. The moment of nothing. My brain restores. My vagus nerve, which controls the parasympathetic nervous system, and the relaxation response releases, and I open to possibilities. This is where we are right now, hovering in possibility. The beautiful, glorious departure of Fall, gives way to sleepy winter and Spring will begin life again.
November is ruled by Scorpio till November 21st. This zodiac sign's qualities reflect rebirth and regeneration, beginnings and endings.
