A New Moon in Sagittarius, the sign of freedom, inspiration and truth brings movement, fire and cleansing to the planet. Love wins out over fear. Freedom can prevail. All these things live in our hearts. They cannot die if we don't let them. Our hearts our forever able to regenerate, heal and open. Our faith is ever-renewable. Our minds have the capacity to make waves across the continent and beyond. These resources cannot be stopped or capped.
It's time to believe, open our energy fields wide and allow the force of Love and Freedom to be our guiding nature. As changes out there occur we still hold the power to go after our dreams, to hold true to our core values and beliefs...our Truth. We were born from the Divine. We are forever superheroes and superheroines.

It may look out there as if all hope may be lost. As if things cannot change or we cannot hold onto our truth. The little angel here says to close our eyes to what is out there and let our hearts lead us. Let our deepest truth guide us. Her shirt is pink to represent the heart. Go within and listen to your heart. This color also signifies the rise of the Divine Feminine, the energy of love and receiving.
We are feeling a turning point. A crisis is at hand. Masculine energy needs the balance of the Feminine. We are hungry for change and for justice. SHE is being rebirthed on the planet. We must fight for her as the people on Standing Rock are. Earth advocates, animal and human rights advocates are answering the call. Take back the Earth. Recycle and refuse to buy genetically modified food.

We choose what our beliefs are in spite of what laws say. Being a believer in love and justice is freedom. We choose with how we think, share, love, what we buy and what our beliefs are, and so much more. This new moon is also about looking at where you may have been delusional about a relationship, career path or decision. What is really important to you?
We have one more month left in 2016. Look within. What is at the heart of the matter? When you look back over your life, what is that one big and deep issue that you've been wrestling with? What is that one thing that keeps you fearful? What are you trying to make happen? Or make more of? This New Moon is giving rise to the Feminine Goddess energy all over the place, including our hearts. At the center of that one thing you have been trying to force, wield and control is the turning point. Feeling lack of abundance or health could be at play here, or not enough time or feeling unloved or unaccepted. Always and ever-present is the reality that in spite of these issues rooted in lack...lack of time, money, resources, support or feeling unloved you have been very successful and resourceful in the face of obstacles. Many wonderful and amazing things have happened in your life. Think on these. Live off these thoughts. Feed your Soul and spirit with these delicious goodies. Always and ever-present is that you have been watched over through all of it.
Look at the limitations you have put on yourself. What cage of rules and regulations are restricting your life energy? This card also speaks of breaking free from victimization. If you feel you have been wronged, it's time to reclaim your freedom and decide to move on. Usually the people who we feel the most challenged and hurt by are not sitting around suffering for how we feel, or for how we think they may have wrongly treated us. We are the ones who suffer. Even if abuse, neglect or slander is forgiven it is still not ever ok. When we move on we are not saying we agree. We take our own power back.
Where are you waiting for someone to hopefully see things your way so you can move on? What are you hoping to feel inside yourself if they do? Accepted? Valued? Approved of? Loved? How about moving on because you say so. Powerful! You just might be magically surprised by what happens and what emerges from that. This is freedom. This takes away the layer of pain and victimization that has taken up residence in your energy field. Let Sagittarius freedom ring!

Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty sings to the dove that our maiden on the Freedom card welcomed. She plays her flute praising the good and delightful thoughts of beauty, love, fertility and freedom. The yellow sun portends the powerful and life-altering vibration of the Number 1 coming year. Yellow is the color of the solar plexus chakra. Your gut chakra. This is the seat of your confidence and power.
Purple represents the color of the crown chakra, sitting at the very top of our head. In many churches priests will wear purple robes to symbolize divinity. Go within when you need guidance. Your crown chakra receives input from the Divine. There is a higher law at play. Trust your part in it and trust that you are supposed to be here. Our deceased loved ones are gone, hovering around us without bodies, but they cannot feel the sun on their face, or the embrace of a child or beloved pet. They can't enjoy dark chocolate, a beautiful vacation or a good book in bed. We are supremely blessed being given the gift of life.
This card gives a double message for forgiving at this time especially before the new year. Between now and the next full moon get in touch with anything you may need to forgive yourself for. Choose to do so now.

This oracle card reading comes a bit late as I was vacationing with family in sunny Venice Florida. I was captivated and pulled into the ocean's rhythm and milky beauty. I took off my sandals and got into the water. Pelicans, ospreys and even hawks my power animal were everywhere. Aphrodite is the water goddess of love and the sea. May we come together in love and harmony at the core as we think of humanity connected.
