Energy Update: This weekend may be intense. You may already be feeling a bit erratic, spacey and ungrounded. Astrologically the breakdown is Mercury will be squaring Pluto and opposing Uranus...the culmination of Mars being in Scorpio and moving in Sagittarius on Saturday when things will lighten up!! But you might be feeling you just want to be in bed...

Get grounded. Spend time laying down. Sit and read, and meditate. The energy will be super high and mental. Take a bath. Get a massage and contemplate what you need now.
