June 20th marks the Summer Solstice and a full moon in Sagittarius. Last month's full moon was a Sag moon too. On the new moon in Gemini seeds were planted. What you gave away and released at last month's May 21st Sagittarius moon gathered fire power on the 4th on the Gemini new moon. 

I had to use a picture of one of my favorite coffee cups in honor of the possibilities and magic afoot now!! Unicorns represent the infinite possibilities available to us. I'm talking about the ones we cannot see yet that we have been magically manifesting, and the ones we don't believe yet! Unicorns are magical beings that represent our dreams are possible. 

Our new moon goddess Nemetona, sat relaxed with purpose surrounded by many candles, each symbolizing a thought or idea. Thoughts become things. You might even feel like there is a huge open space now. You can see where your mind works for good and against your good. The fire power of your thoughts is clear. We are inspired in Sagittarius fire. 

This is a freedom filled full moon. There is a feeling of being able to step forward into a new phase. It's time to celebrate and recognize the power of the sun in you, the power of growth, expansion and new beginnings. For some this will be simply the acknowledgement of triumph over something long-wanted. Or being proud of achieving a personal goal of fulfillment. Maybe the renovation is finally done, or the book draft has been sent to the publisher or you reached a financial goal. Perhaps you can look back and see how much you've changed for the better. Possibility is on the horizon. Sagittarius is a fire sign. Set your aim to fly and leave what is not working for you behind. 

There is also the sense that we can relax and take in the season, and still move forward. Enjoy lazy Summer days. Moon bathe and dream under the moon's light especially this coming full moon. Satisfy your appetite for life. Believe in what you want. Go towards what makes you feel good and vibrant and walk away from what doesn't. The energy might be a  bit intense this weekend. Stay on the bright side and connected to nature. 

Reconnect with your innocence. The girl and boy on the card represent the balance of feminine and masculine energy here. The pink blooms are Summer's kiss of love and beauty on life. This is a chance to let go of any relationship situation that's taken you sideways or blind-sided you. You have the choice as to how you can see that person or situation. The freedom you seek is the freedom you already possess in you.  

I kept seeing unicorns while I was doing this reading. They represent the freedom and innocence of childhood dreams, and the magic of life. We possess the ability to make magic. We are magical beings in human bodies. They inhabit the realm of our dreams and subconscious, the world between dreams and reality.

Pondering over life during our last Full Moon, I let the flames of our bonfire pull me in. What did I want to let go of? What did I no longer want to carry or try to figure out? With a Virgo-Sun, Gemini-Rising, Aquarius Moon astro-signature, I was born mentally made for planning, fixing, caring and organizing. Could I accept I didn't have control over the future? What if I stopped? Did that mean I was lazy? Did I dream too big and too much?

Yes, we have ownership and influence over our human and spiritual lives. We play a part in shaping the lives of others...our children and beloveds. 

I was ready to let go of so much. Heavy and overwhelmed by the thought of writing everything down to throw it in the fire, I just wanted to melt and get grounded into Mother Earth. How many people over ages and ages sat together and alone gazing into a fire underneath a full moon? Because of them I am here. Hopefully my ancestors took time to acknowledge their journey and the impact of their lives. Many around the world don't even have access to electricity and water. Many are in between countries. 

I want to respect and recognize the trials of those who came before me. So I must do the same for myself as a marker of all I have done in life and accomplished, making it through triumph and tragedies of my own, as we all do. 

Look at all the wonder in my world and the healing, music and magic I have hopefully brought to others. I came here to serve. I came here with a message and gifts, as we all did. You my dear have already done so much, simply considered in your mind to be what we all do or what we should do. The sheer and unavoidable responsibilities of life, schedules, classes, and books read to learn about life. The grace of your morning hug desperately counted on by a child. Kindness given to strangers at the grocery store and the elderly in need of a sprinkling of compassion. 

We have such power. The days we get out of bed wishing we could just rest and lay there, and let life go on without us. Times when we are so out of touch with ourselves because crisis has come calling again. But somehow and in some way we make it back again and again. We don't recognize the depth of how far we've come...all that we have accomplished, and how much we mean to others. 

Don't underestimate or underrate yourself. Look at how much you've already done and you will do so much more. Look how far you've come.

A time of great change is available to you now especially for the next 10 days to 3 weeks. Maybe you have already felt it. Situations...people, places and things do not have to have power over you. There is a rising up of internal energy and clearing alive now. We were born in water. Astrologically a Grand Water Trine between Chiron, the wounded healer, Saturn and the  Cancer New Moon can bring great healing. Past issues will look like water over the dam, and you don't really give a damn anymore.


☽Atlantis
There is an acceleration of great joy. It may feel like energy. It's flowing. Things came to a head at the last Capricorn Full Moon. Decisions were made internally. Change happens from within. The last 2 weeks has brought much releasing and emotions flowed. The beautiful and serenely powerful mermaid on this card signals the coming turn hoped for, and the quiet and unstoppable force inside to reign over your life and emotions within. 

There is more to leave behind. You might choose to leave a relationship or job of many years. Black Moon rising. All shadow has come to light to be seen, revealed, honored and transformed. Did you embrace it? Do you feel the seed of strength in now growing out of what has been challenging? Forgive yourself for swimming around your gnarly depths. 

The Universe has given us a few mystical and portentous ( future-revealing) restarts after the beginning of the year. The new moon hits at the very last minute of Aquarius, moving into Pisces...yet another beginning.
