Today I woke up tired and frustrated. I made my way to the kitchen to get my morning hot water and coffee. Sweet coffee....feeling better already. In the morning I journal and meditate. I let life pull me away from this routine the last few months and I am so happy to be back at it. The morning is sweet and perfect. The sky has that summer diffused haze. Birds skip and swoop over the tops of the trees. Heaven is in view from my window. I decide I just have to walk outside in it before the afternoon hot sun starts. Before long I am feeling better.

No matter what is going on...the latest turns of life and earthly issues there is a part inside that remains untouched. Its the part that keeps the Olympian unphased by competitors, the game or setbacks. Their daily practice in many ways reflects a morning meditation practice. Everyday they come with all the human stuff dealt with daily. They still practice. They come with physical aches and pains, and mental ones too. They stretch to reach the part inside that remains invincible, Divine and superhuman. 

This is the measure that gives a human the super-strength to lift the car. This is the proportion that drags the body out of bed to face life in all its proposed deformity and glory. This piece gets a heart through heartbreak and tragedy and a body through illness. Yes that's in you. Please don't forget it for very long.

We may feel as if tiredness and worries or heartbreak will change and jade us forever. We will change. We will see that we are sweetly breakable, but we will come to know the Being inside that is magical, heroic and beyond this earthly life.

Weekly Mantra ~ I Am Grateful For Those Who Came Before Me www.tatianascavnicky.com

A mystic haze still lingers as if we are in between worlds. The veil is still thin. I love when it feels this way! Nov. 1st & 2nd are Dias de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. Take time to thank your ancestors...your people, those who have paved the way for you this week. You might want to write a letter to them, and burn or bury it. Look at photos to honor their memory or create an altar of honor and celebration. 

Remember teachers, mentors and friends who have touched you deeply and made a difference in your life. Include the living too if you'd like. Bonfires were ritual practice during Samhain (the roots today's Halloween) to honor the dead. 

You might find reconnecting with your loved ones, and those you have deeply trusted and valued on the other side can give you great peace, drawing you deep into the magical and ever-turning web of life.

PSYCHIC SCHOOL ~ How To Do A Star Spread Intuitive Reading www.tatianascavnicky.com

Welcome to Psychic School! Grab your favorite deck. Any deck will do such as angel cards, mermaid cards or tarot cards. Pick the deck you are drawn to. Say a prayer and get ready to begin.


The prayer I say before doing an intuitive reading session for someone is "Dear God, angels, ascended masters and all manner of light beings, thank you for surrounding "______"  (person getting the reading) and I with love and light. I ask that you continue to make me a perfect channel and that "_____" gets the information and healing that she needs at this time. Thank you." I often add ancestors or guides if I feel it is appropriate. Someone who has a strong Native American connection or family ties, usually has ancestors and people of that descent around them. It's beautiful how it all plays out in a session.


You can do this Star Spread for yourself, or for another person. Each of the cards placement in the star has a focus. Think of a certain situation you'd like information about and pull 6 cards. I'll be doing a hypothetical and brief intuitive reading example of what the cards mean, asking the question "what is coming up next for me".

Present Situation
You are unsure of what to do at this time and know that the answers are deep within you and they cannot be rushed. You may feel pushed by family members or life to make a decision but you do not want to make a choice that isn't aligned with your soul. Stay positive and dream-manifest what your deepest desires are. Believe it is possible no matter what.


Causes of Conflict & Struggles
Money and abundance are on their way to you but it is hard to believe that at this time being how "right now" looks. It's time to have faith. Look at all that you have now. In the room where you sit, there is so much that you already own. You also think you need money to get what you want. Get clear on how much you spend and your expenses. This is a strategic move. 

You have already created so much for yourself...what's stopping you from creating what you want for yourself now? The Serena card says you will have the money you need and to live in the DESIRE of what you want not how this abundance will appear. 


Changes Needed to Face Challenges
Ditch thoughts like "I would be in shape too if I had a personal trainer, or my life would be better if I hadn't gotten married", will keep you from moving forward and breaking through the obstacles.  You already have an idea of what you want. Try it on for size. At this time you can deeply feel that grasping for the future, selling out or being competitive is not the way to go. 

What do you think the possible changes you have been considering will bring you? More freedom. More time with your kids? More time to feel pampered and beautiful? It's time to literally digest and internalize NOW the feelings these changes would bring for you. Connect to you Inner-Guru. Live in the DESIRE. Soon your life will begin to reflect your desires. This is how you you will begin to break free! 


Your Strengths 
Your family is your ally and will ultimately support the new life being birthed in you if you ask for their help and support. If you are thinking of getting pregnant a new baby might be on the way or someone in the family is getting ready to have a baby. It's time to ask for help around the house. You are such great nurturer but it's time to turn the love onto yourself. Your children will learn that Mommy needs love and playtime too. They will grow up to take better care of themselves when they see you doing it for you. 

What changes you can make for yourself right now. There are so many resources available to us now. As you embrace your power and finances you are changing the playing field, your energy and manifesting a  new paradigm.


Other Challenges
This card is reminding you to look before you leap. Let your heart and soul guide you now. You have an idea of what you want and there a re a few paths you can see to take. Some of them might go together. But right now it's time to sit and stew and let your Spirit guide you. If you are thinking of moving or making any big changes pause even for a few days or weeks and let things play out a bit because the whole picture has not yet emerged.


Final Outcome
You will eventually come out on top and feeling confident! The open arms of this angel show strength and power but also openness. You are more relaxed and sure of yourself. A time of great change is available to you now especially for the next 10 days to 3 weeks. Maybe you have already felt it. Situations...people, places and things do not have to have power over you. There is a rising up of internal energy and clearing alive now. We were born in water. Astrologically a Grand Water Trine between Chiron, the wounded healer, Saturn and the  Cancer New Moon can bring great healing. Past issues will look like water over the dam, and you don't really give a damn anymore.


☽Atlantis
There is an acceleration of great joy. It may feel like energy. It's flowing. Things came to a head at the last Capricorn Full Moon. Decisions were made internally. Change happens from within. The last 2 weeks has brought much releasing and emotions flowed. The beautiful and serenely powerful mermaid on this card signals the coming turn hoped for, and the quiet and unstoppable force inside to reign over your life and emotions within. 

There is more to leave behind. You might choose to leave a relationship or job of many years. You know what you need, considering now after the last full moon phase, where you have given yourself away, and seeing the patterns of where it runs deep for you. Another beautiful ritual is letting a large pitcher of water with clean quartz crystals in it sit under the new moon light. Drink it the next day. 

This card calls you to de-clutter and get rid of things you no longer need around the house. Clean out little by little. Catch the flow to continue and release more crap. Small cluttered areas cleaned out will make a big difference. As a Virgo-Sun I believe 100% that cleaning and organizing is a powerful statement to the Universe and to yourself that you mean business. This New Moon activates this process. Make your room for the new at the new moon.


☽Vulnerability
An etheric heart envelopes mermaid and human. This card says sometimes we have to let go and not try so hard to make everything happen. A good cry is not indulgent, it's healing. What lies at the heart of the matter will shine through. It's not lazy or indulgent to satisfy needs of wanderlust, sensuality and downtime. We need rest. The gray color of this card echoes feminine receiving energy. Allow yourself to receive from others and pamper yourself at this time.

Your Weekly Mantra ~ I Myself Am Made Entirely Of Flaws Stitched Together With Good Intentions www.tatianscavnicky.com

Hina my girl cat who I adore, needed her yearly check-up. Unlike Lil Bit my boy who is a worldly and experienced car passenger, she cried all the way there. Her cries are so sweet, I can hardly stand it. It pulls at my heartstrings. She is the sweetest girl and greets everyone who comes to the the door. So I was floored when she hissed at the Vet. I laugh right now thinking about it. Every touch she hissed. She didn't try to bite at all but she let the Vet know she was not happy. I absolutely loved her for it. I apologized to the Vet for her but inside I was secretly proud and bursting at her hissing and the way she acted. 

It made me think of how we beat ourselves up for not being patient or for being angry, or for going to far. I think a mark of becoming an adult is having compassion for yourself when you mess up, and knowing that you are not perfect and will never be. And somebody close to you absolutely loves your idiosyncrasies and strange ways.

The other day I was shopping checking on pair of shoes I ordered. Platinum sandals with rhinestones, studs and bling. I was wearing my treasured amethyst ring from Glastonbury England, bought for me in one of the stores on the main drag. I promise not to overdo it and I'll try to stop myself from using adjectives that mean magic, but it is so hard. Let's just say the whole town was just like "that". We were doing a concert for the Avalon Fairy Fest in the Avalon Town Hall. I think the word Avalon itself is enchanted. And I do believe Avalon existed with every fiber of my being but back to today and this story. 


Looking at my ring, I was transported back in time to Glastonbury. I revel in how beautiful the ring is, and how mystical that whole leg of the tour was. I had put it on that day with my current crystal bangles and accessories to go shopping. 


Waiting to see my new shoes, I panicked! My ring was gone. I blurted "I have to go! I'll be back." I ran to the bathroom instantly knowing I left it behind after washing my hands. It wasn't there...I was devastated! I ran to human resources. It wasn't there. Oh No! I filled out the paperwork, sick inside that I wasn't paying attention. Just as I was walking out, a salesperson came through the doors and handed me my ring! I looked up to the sky and said thank you thank you God! Thank you so much I told her! I thought I had lost my precious ring.


She said a mother and daughter had found it. They made sure to turn it in because the daughter had almost lost a special ring too, and this one looked like it was a treasure to someone. We went looking for them. I wanted to thank them so much. We couldn't find them. I thanked her for helping me and made my way back to get my fairy sandal shoes. On the way I saw a mother and daughter. I took the chance and went right up to them. "You found my ring, didn't you?!" I thanked them a lot...over and over. I told them the story of my very special and charmed ring. Turns out the ring the daughter thought she had lost, was returned to her very much like mine was, and it was from... London, just like mine.


Take that in...

Magic is afoot. I have chills! Magic bumps or goosebumps are Spirit's way of trying to tell you something deep within your body, asking you to pay attention. Spirit came down and delivered that ring back to me through someone else who had the very same thing happen to them. The London tie is irrefutable evidence that Heaven is near. We are surrounded, living in a magical world supported by all manner of human and Divine beings and we are undeniably and inextricably connected. We can be far away from our connection, but never severed from it.


My all time favorite movie is Practical Magic. From the warm and mysterious house, the Owen sisters forever-connected blood-sister-spell... to truth-telling Midnight Margaritas. It reminds me of my spiritual connection to the Earth and to the Divine. It connects me to to my belief in magic and that spark in me.

I was instantly obsessed with the house and grounds, and the magical Owen women. A shell of the original house was built at the water's edge and made for the movie filmed in Coupeville, Washington. It is a replica of the actual house built around 1850. I wanted two witchypoo aunts for parents, lessons on all things enchanted and chocolate brownies for breakfast everyday.

Since the last full moon many of us have felt the urge to work at the level of the body for purification. There is a strong desire to purge and detoxify. You've done so much on the emotional level. Now it's time to release through taking care and tuning into your body, and giving yourself the pleasure. 


☽Purification ~ Water
The number on this card is five, presenting transformation. The season changing brings the need to clear out junk on many levels. Butterflies are ancient symbols of transformation. A lovely water goddess steps out of the water like Aphrodite, the goddess of love with etheric butterfly wings. 

Taurus is ruled by Venus another love goddess of abundance, love & passion. Blue and green colors here reflect healing. Blue representing Spirit here and green revealing the heart. Deep in our Spirit, we know we want and need. Our hearts crave to express these wants and desires and manifest them by feeling love and passion in our bodies.

Green is the color of the heart chakra. In the vibe of this reading it represents Earth and manifesting on this plane especially in the areas of love, money and comfort. Our bodies have infinite wisdom. There is an innate intelligence within us that simply works and simply is. We don't have to tell our hearts to beat, or our stomachs to digest. The sacred heart is the seeds of our desires and joy blossoming. Follow your pleasure and mine your bliss.

Know that you are the essence of something way deeper, infinite and beyond words. Your heart will find a way if you follow it. This doesn't necessarily mean grand gestures. Bring expansiveness to everyday moments. Trust your heart and your bliss. Go after what you want and don't give up.

Pluto is the ruler of deep Scorpio. Today is huge for finishing up business from the past. Character traits and things you thought you released have been coming up to be healed.
