What to do when you are a sensitive person and can easily pick up the moods, feelings and physical maladies of people around you. This is called clairsentience which means clear feeling. Clair sentient people are also known as em paths. Grounding yourself and focusing on your own feelings and emotions is a remedy when you are feeling challenged energetically.
