Gemini SuperMoon: 11 Activation ☽❍☾ Time to Fly Free ~ Sunday Dec. 3rd/4th 2017

Early this morning, the energy of the upcoming Supermoon in quicksilver sign of Gemini took hold of me. Originally, I was only going to share a few links with you for the full moon. I travelled this past week for the Holiday and had a whirlwind November. I arrived home with a superbug, I am sure was made in a lab somewhere, containing a tiny molecule of chemical warfare experimentation. But, my GemRising did indeed rise, making me want to share a little something about this lunation with you. This full moon has "11" stamped all over it. If you have been seeing the number 11 lately, it's likely it's a sign for your future, and I'm going to get into that. I am a total believer in the power of numbers and I offer Day of Birth Numerology Reports by request. 

Here is the 11 number magic for this supermoon, which is the closest to the Earth since 1948. The Full Moon will be at 11° in Gemini, opposite the Sun in Sagittarius at 11°. Jupiter, the planet of luck, fortune, optimism and inspired ideals will be at 11°. Neptune ruler of dreams, illusions and deep thought is also at 11°. The final player in this mix is Mercury going retrograde at 29 degrees Sagittarius. Numbers reduce in numerology, breaking down 29 like this. 2+9 = 11°. 

Why is the number 11 so important? In numerology, 11 is a gateway number, a portal. Our last really significant portal was August's Leo Total New Moon Solar Eclipse  Are you aware of how much you have changed since then? I feel like I am a completely different person. If it feels like ever since then that things have been really hard for you, it could be that you just haven't been ready to make changes, or you can't see the way yet, and that is ok. Walk through this full moon gateway now and trust that you can leave the past behind you.  

Gemini rules thoughts, ideas and communication. The number 11 as a sign, means to watch your thoughts for you are a powerful creator! All these 11's are giving us another phenomenal opportunity to choose!  You can make change in the face of how life seems to be right now, because you want to. 

☽ Change
Change is inevitable. Big change is on the horizon. A new year in fact. The barn owl represents a journey into the unknown. Goddess Athena, the greek goddess of war and strategy comes through with this card letting you know, you will know what to do. Athena is also a gemini goddess. Think things through. Take thought out steps. Gemini rules communication. Careful to say something you regret. Words can be cutting and cruel. Misunderstandings and strained strained communication may happen. 

Be ready for huge realizations and aha moments in the areas of love relationships, partnerships and friends, as well as clear and enlightening insight into who we are in relationships. You might get positive flashes of insight, like how your past has made you proud of who you are, and how much you love your parents. You may experience beautiful insight into how they undoubtedly influenced you. Or, difficult issues like divorce and abuse reveal their traces to who you are now even more deeply. See them with love and compassion towards yourself. 

Some will be releasing relationships or feel it's time to begin that process. The New Year can make us feel pressure to make changes. The message of this full moon is to go with the flow and let go. This is the last full moon of this year. Release the weight of this year. Wait, let me say that again. Release the weight of this year. Time to fly free. Bye!

Writing, or anything to do with communication is on highlight now in Gemini's domain. Full moons are for release. Rather than creating any kind of resolutions right now, or at all, I highly recommend getting in touch with what you want to let go of. If you need to forgive someone, do it asap. Do it for you and you only. I wish I could've seen how I feel now, about issues from the past that I needed to let go of. They don't even matter now. They actually carry a golden nugget of truth and treasure for me. The hardest things you go through make their mark on you for sure. But they can also bring you alive and bring you back to life. They reveal your character and bring out fierce strengths you have always carried within you. Allow yourself time to reflect on who you are now because of what you have been through. It's pretty amazing my dear and you earned it!

I've heard people say that they'll never trust anyone ever again, because a lover or friend betrayed them. How incredibly sad and tragic. Or, they'll carry the pain and deep resentment of a family member who has passed on as some kind of honor, or responsibility. Don't give your heart over to resentment and resignations clutches. It will poison and steel your heart's very life blood. Because it's so hard to let go, some people will not allow themselves to treasure and enjoy the gift of life when someone they love has passed on. They feel they are somehow dishonoring them. Our loved ones move on and they are free. You can honor your loved one's life by living for everyone who is still here, and for the life you still have to live. 

Anticipate a bright future. Previously stalled projects get back up and running. Ideas are afoot. Listen to music and get into the spirit of the season. Here is a full moon ritual. Break out your journal. Light a candle or two **safely**. Take a few deep breaths and write. What are you releasing? Who are you releasing? What is true for you at this time? What do you need to say about how your future? What do you need to let go of to make way for the future? Express your heart. Come clean and let go.

A Gemini New Moon Super Moon hangs low. Gemini energy is busy, fun and playful. Be ready for a steady stream of thoughts and ideas around this lunation. Gem's are always thinking. They are the writers and project managers of the Zodiac. I am a Gem Rising so I can relate, but I digress, as one would during this phase. I reached into my magic box of decks for different cards to give you this reading. A Gemini New Moon oracle card reading must have fairy energy and earth energy, as we shall see!

Have you ever gotten the chills when someone said something you totally resonated with or after and eerie coincidence? Or found yourself led to a store only to find the perfect gift you've been searching for? Spirit is always talking to us, we just need learn to listen. Here are a few ways Spirit communicates with us.

Noticing the same kind of bird

Last Fall, five hawks landed in the park behind my yard. It looked as if one of them was injured. I had never seen hawks flying together. I knew this was a sign for me. Hawk is my power animal. I had a friend who called me "hawk girl". On the day before my birthday, a red-tailed hawk one landed in my backyard and sat on the fence for ten minutes. It let us get a picture of it. Another time while meditating outside after a huge argument one flew super low over my head.

Every bird or animal carries symbolism and a message. Doves are a sign of peace, prophecy and Jesus. Owls represent magic, the Goddess and the moon. Hawks are connected to Mercury the god of communication. Mercury rules the astrological signs of Virgo and Gemini. I am a Virgo with a Gemini Rising. I can't tell you how many times I have had encounters with hawks. They bring the message to seek your life purpose and cultivate the vision for it. There are protectors. I feel very much guided and watched over when they visit me. I know that Spirit is telling me to stay focused on my vision and purpose and to lean into the magic. Their visitation can mean that a difficult life situation will soon get easier and stay close to the wisdom of Spirit, and be aware. 

Repeating numbers

Number sequences like 111 are a sign to watch your thoughts. We are powerful manifestors. You may start to see this one after you have prayed for guidance. If you are feeling fearful this angel number says to keep your thoughts are what you want, and not on what you don't want. 

Seeing 888's over and over is a sign of abundance or the potential for prosperity new opportunities on the way. 8 represents balance and the infinite dance of things coming in and going out. Abundance comes in many forms and is unlimited. 

Goosebumps

When they aren't from the cold are a sure sign that what we have just heard, seen or felt is resonating as truth through our whole body. Goosebumps or angel bumps as they are sometimes called, are an electrical signal in our bodies confirming a deep truth, kind of like an intuitive sign felt all through our skin. 

You may have had that experience of talking to a close friend about another person who is going through something hard. Your deep concern for her and her need for help is confirmed by the both of you getting goosebumps.

You might feel goosebumps when visited by a loved one who has passed on. In my intuitive readings this comes up a lot. Feeling a breeze as if someone just walked by and no one is there is sign that your loved one with you. Feeling goosebumps after they walk by is a sure sign they have visited you and they were close.  

The Universe is always sending us signs and messages. There are so many ways we hear Spirit. Be open. The more open you are, the more you will get answers. This can take time. Patience and trust elevates reception. Asking for signs spiritual guidance opens up the phone lines to Heaven. It is comforting to know we are never alone. Even though it may feel that sometimes, Heaven is waiting on the line.

Our third and last Supermoon of the year falls in Gemini the sign of the twins, ruling communication, mental agility and duality. Three supermoons touched ever more closely to Earth. What could it mean? Quite a bit as we enter into a new year. A number One Year in numerology. 

This lunation is an opportunity to work out issues through communication. Your mind may already be full with thoughts and a touch of edgy anxiety may have crept in. Here's how to harness this potent heady energy. 

☽ Release
A fairy goddess bows her head to the full moon. The moon here even looks like a supermoon! How divinely perfect! She flies reflecting the quality of Gemini, ruled by air. Three fireflies hover just below. They represent illumination, air, light and fire. What creative endeavors have lost their passion or significance to you? In life, what has reached its expiration date? What is there to release now at the the end of a 9 year cycle?

With a higher-mind and perspective we get to the truth of what is not working for us in life anymore on a grander scale. It just makes sense in a whole new way. Collectively we are in touch with what is for the greater good and are intellectually figuring out what we can do from our corners of the world. 

Full Moons are for releasing. A recurring theme keeps popping in the last few oracle card readings is that it's time to release that one thing that you have been carrying around that just doesn't fit you anymore. It limits you and your life experience. Until now it didn't seem possible. Take pen to paper. Talk to yourself and mentally take a look. Doing this first thing in the morning is the best time, or just before bed. Through your thoughts you can get to the heart of the matter. Maybe you've never felt really secure or loved, or beautiful or important. Perhaps you've been in a funk or haven't been able to create what you really want yet. Writing down your thoughts will take you to the core. There is a ritual for this full moon for you below.

Look at what you feel you need from others. Appreciation. Support. Commitment. LOVE. Time? Give yourself what you need and out-there will change. The whole world changes when we change. This full moon we do this from the inside out, through our thoughts. 

There have been glimpses of a whole new paradigm of life...a whole new way of living in the world. Right now it may even feel like you're living in two worlds...the duality of who and what you were, and who you are now. You might feel like you've been living fearfully or anxiously. If you are tied to something from the past forgiveness is needed now. Forgiveness is powerful magic during the full moon. Use it for your advantage.

Some of you are preparing to have very important conversations or you have been having truth-telling soul conversations with yourself about what's up! S##t has got to change!! And it can!

☽ Grace
We shall enter into the new year with light and Grace. A new dawn is symbolized by a shimmering sun. The Release card represents yin, the soft receiving energy of the Divine Feminine. Our Grace card is the yang masculine energy. These two images perfectly show the duality of Gemini energy. 

Grace is on the way. She comes-a-calling at the sweetest moments, when we least expect it. Grace leaves space, breath, truth and love. It is a force just like love. I recommend a steady diet now of "I AM Enoughs", and "Grace is my comfort". This Full Moon is telling of the power of words. The emotional impact they can inflict or endeavor. Words carry energy. What are you telling yourself? How will your words impact others?

We are going back and forth in our heads for the next few days. Mental activity will be high. This isn't a grounded or soothing full moon. When it gets crazy or frenetic come to the simplicity of the moment. In the here and now. To the task at hand. To the person you are with. To the seat of your chair. The new moon coming up later in the month is for weaving wishes and divining desires. Now is the time to get super crystal-clear on the one thing that you are letting go of. 

If there is an important conversation you need to have, listen as much as you speak if not more. Sometimes we just need to stop talking...including silencing incessant chatter that has taken up residence in our heads. You might have trouble sleeping with this moon. If so take some deep breaths before bed and get rooted in your body. 



☽ Change
Let there be light, hope, dreams and magic! New moons and full moons are "the" most potent time to do rituals. Owl is a harbinger of coming change, death and rebirth...the end of this year. Deceased loved ones also come with the symbolism of owl. You may feel your loved ones who have crossed over now, especially in light of this time of year. When you think of a beloved that has left this realm out of nowhere it means they are with you. 

Owl represents intuition and seeing the truth in people and situations. It also is a sign to retreat to see the truth for yourself. Letting something go powerfully asks us to be present and full like the full moon. You can see the truth now through your thoughts.

This is a good day to have an important conversation or just call the people you need to call on your to-do list. 


It's also a great day to mentally muse and write down what you released during the recent Aries Full Moon - Super Moon. YES! We made it intact! Gemini's influence today gives the brainpower to make it concrete and put it where we can understand it mentally.

The New Moon on June 4th aligns with Venus the planet of love and money, giving us a major vortex to really focus on all that we love, value and deeply want, and there is a lot wanted with Gemini energy. 

Gemini's ruler is mercury, the planet of communication and ideas. Write all your desires and wishes down. It's a good time for ritual. Making it social is perfect for this moon phase. 

Astrologically Gemini is the sign of the twins, opposing points of view and the essence of duality. If you know and love a Gemini you might be very familiar with their dance of covering all the bases, options and possible outcomes. They may seem indecisive and have a hard time making decisions. They are "double-bodied" signs like Virgo, Pisces and Sagittarius meaning they live in different worlds simultaneously. With Gemini and Virgo, also ruled my Mercury the planet of communication, this a true total head trip.

Venus adds a beautiful touch for setting new moon intentions. Think about what would really bring you satisfaction, fulfillment and love in the manifestation department. Think it over and "feel" it into being with your heart.

All of those things you have been denying yourself  because they seem over-the-top, self-indulgent or too much are what to bring to your manifestation ceremony. 

I recommend having some friends over of like-mind or peeps you want to bring into your circle, because you love having them around. Go out to dinner or just be in the company of those you feel orbiting on your wavelength. Bask in the glow of life. Appreciate the people around you including your beloveds. The love planet Venus showers her divine sparkles of enchantment over us all. Make time to be with the one you love. Schedule a trip. Create time to be together and put it out there into the mystical new moon light.


☽ Nemetona
Her name means "sacred grove". You can feel her underneath large and beautiful trees. She is a Celtic goddess who protected all sacred ritual and ceremonial sites. Her energy is powerfully protective and serenely nurturing at the same time. The many burning candles in our oracle card symbolize the fire of Gemini's inspiration and a big batch of thoughts and ideas. 

Planetary love goddess Venus rules the 5th chakra, represented here by the light blue circle at her throat. A sacred emblem circle with a blue stone sits further below at her heart, symbolically showing what you you express totally from your truth gets embedded into your heart. What do you need to express to yourself? There might be fear that your true desires won't be accepted or supported. Maybe you'll appear self-centered. Express what is on your heart not just in your mind. If you can't say it aloud yet, journal on it. Come out to yourself first where it matters, where it can be born.

Drawing this card can mean its time to create sacred space for yourself. Give yourself the gift of time. Where are you letting time slip through your fingers on details that keep you from seeing the big picture of what you love about your life? 

Nemetona shows up to remind us of how important it is to create a sacred place for ourselves at home. Find a room you can transform into your special place, your private get-away. Have coffee or tea in the morning in a serene spot outside or by a window. Find a place to sit and dream when the evening winds down. Have a journal and pen at hand or a book that sweetly touches your soul.


I took a few shots of the new moon altar above, each shot coming up soft and diffused. I kept trying to fix it so I could see the details of what the card said and get it perfect. Maybe the Universe is trying to say there will be lots of ideas and things to do and focus on, but what really opens that soft and dreamy place inside? Perhaps getting lost in the intentions and ideas of what my heart wants would light me up and turn me on far beyond where the details can take me.

I can sing a song and chart out all the notes. I look for the spots where I might need more vocal support or breath. Letting my jaw relax will give me a better and more beautiful vowel sound. But none of this is even in the same realm as singing from heart and soul. 

We touch on the details and intentions this new moon, but catch it all in a net of the pure, supernatural and magical desire.

The energy of the Full Moon may have caused technical difficulty issues while filming this vlog. This has never happened during filming. My Virgo perfectionism made me do another one altogether but it turns out, the sound of the camera on my other laptop was not on!!! OMG!

So bear with me because the original reading is very special including a mention of recent world events that come up organically and symbolically in the cards.
