Your Weekly Mantra: I Have Ten Minutes A Day To Create A Beautiful Life www.tatianascavnicky.com

I was so inspired by Tony Robbin's visit to Super Soul Sunday a few weeks back. I love me some SSS! I recently changed up my morning routine which always includes meditation but I was journaling before I would meditate. You have to choose what is right for you and what you feel you need. That is the beauty of meditation. Tune into what you are craving. Your soul will answer.

If you are going through a rough patch, journaling can be great for getting rid of the funk. Its a clearing of emotion and thoughts. Its like taking a mental shower. Right as you get up things that are deep on your mind and issues you might be struggling with, will come up to be cleared.

This is also the most impressionable time for implanting new ideas and intentions.

If you are stuck in a really rough place, I recommend Tony's process as a quick and super great way to start your day with intention and gratitude for a powerful but quick daily practice. Journaling after your meditation can help you get out of that mental junkyard and invoke your God Goddess given magical-mojo powers.

The practice
* Three things you are grateful for, make it simple.
(Gratitude is a form of prayer)

* Three things to thrive....three things you'd like to see happen in the future and being grateful for their fruition.

* Ask yourself how you can love more.

Spending ten minutes everyday doing this will change your life....for real. I agree with what they said on the show. If you don't have ten minutes then you don't have a life. You may say but I am so busy. I think Tony and Oprah are pretty damn busy? Make it longer if you can and if you want to. But this is a game-changer. Read more about all the health benefits this short amount of time can give you here.

Meditation does not have to be a half hour or an hour long unless you want or need it to be. Doing it daily at the same time is good. Your body starts to settle in more deeply knowing its chill time. I like laying down and breathing focusing on feeling good inside as a practice too. My cat Hina meditates with me every morning. She actually comes to find me leading me to the bedroom. She lays on my crossed legs or close to me and off to Heaven we go.

Changing up your meditation from time to time is good. If you struggle with lots of thoughts coming in, use a guided meditation. I have quite a few to serve your needs. There are healing ones and meditations for prosperity and confidence too. Being guided with a soothing voice and imagery gets you out of your head and along for a beautiful ride.

I talk so much about how we can change our lives for better. This is probably the biggest thing you can take on and one of the most simple.

Oceans of love,
Heavily Meditated... XoTatiana

  3. SSS is the BEST! I think this is such a good meditation to do when the funk hits. I am a big time journal girlie too. The discontent is a sign more is coming...an opening.
