Your Weekly Mantra: I Thrive From What Nourishes & Delights Me! www.tatianascavnicky.com

Seth  Doyle

Today fully wrapped up in my to-do list I found myself here, at your weekly mantra. Just before I started I turned my unicorn lamp on and made myself a cup of my favorite coffee. Bob Marley sings to me "I Wanna Love Ya".

It's so easy to get whacked out with our lists and tasks. Yes we have people and things to attend to. But where are you on your list? Maybe right now you are so busy wrapping up your book for publishing, beloveds climbing at your feet and pulling on your clothes, or working on an important work project. Or coming home from a long day and all you want to do is veg out unconsciously.

Fill in your current state of affairs.

Life...

Is luxuriousness a possibility in your everyday? Or play? Perhaps music could bring extra clearing energy to you and the housework or paperwork you simply must do. Light candles **safely** and put on some soothing music in the mornings or evenings. Ask your Higher Power to bring more joy and contentment to your everyday experience. Believe that Spirit is always looking to get your attention. Allowing your vibe to get high and expand attracts more support and unexpected gifts and miracles as well as the divinely radiant afterglow.

When you can't get to the spa, or out to hang with your girls and your list presses on you, cast joy and magic on it. Studies confirm that pleasure and delight strengthen our immune systems releasing healing feel-good chemicals into our blood. Resentment over time has the potential to be poisonous.

Pleasure isn't staying up night after night or doing way too much of what you like. It's nourishing yourself. Pleasure is fully and consciously delighting in the bites you take of that dark chocolate. In fact in her book "Ageless Goddess", Christiane Northrup says studies show habits that aren't that good for us if performed and experienced in the sheer delight of rapture can actually be healing.

It's feeling your way deliciously through a yoga session. It's an impromptu dance party with your kids with a secret intention to tire them out, loving it. Time alone with your honey is underrated. It's a full-on energy clearing meditation ending in deep fulfilling relaxation. It's saying the words themselves and letting them envelope you and fill your cells with heavenly feel-good light. Rapture. Delight. Luscious. Delicious. Ecstasy. Satisfaction. Love.

It is also crossing those things off your list that you committed to doing. That can feel so good. That goodness and pride makes more good stuff and juice to keep you moving forward, but make regular deposits of coinage to your pleasure principle bank. The more treasure amassed the stronger and healthier your immune system will become. Constant stress and overwhelm can suck the juice out of your life and your joints.

Really tragic things will happen in a course of a human's life so get off at the next stop and exit the crazy train.

Be true to your desires. A road trip or spontaneous trip. Nourish yourself with an afternoon spent languishing lazily reading and nibbling on your favorite treats, a nap or ten glorious minutes of nothing. Pleasure calms your nervous system. Don't let the world out there convince you that rushing and pushing constantly is a standard of living to choose for yourself. We flourish and thrive in environments of balance, fun, rest and accomplishment. Take it slow and purposeful. Intentional and steady. Strategic with stealth.

These mantras are like personal notes to you. I am grateful and happy that you are here with me. If I can bring you an elevated experience....maybe even enchanted and a different way of looking at things I've fulfilled my intention.

I would love to know what topics light you up and what you'd like to get more of to wet your spiritual appetite. Feel free to talk to me always in the comments below or chat me up here.

Your Weekly Mantra: I Feel The Richness, Beauty & Promise Of My Life www.tatianascavnicky.com

Jordan McQueen

It's easy to get into a mindset. We may not realize we might be coasting ourselves into a rut. The groove might be pretty good. Maybe nothing crazy has happened as of late, and the comfort of routine has smoothed out the edges. This is a great place to be until we read a book or see a movie that stirs up trouble somewhere deep. A character we've grown attached to moves into a new town beginning a brand new life. He or she finds love in friendly small town and everything seems to just fall into place. The news of an old friend moving to paradise at long last is bittersweet. The story from heartbreak and loss, to love and fulfilled wishes awakens a sleeping dragon of desire. We have felt the tall heights of high hopes and the freshness of starting over. It happens and we know it's possible.

We recognize the feeling of wonder and expectancy when we hold a newborn babe, or get married or watch someone else tie the knot. Degrees and projects completed take us right there to I've arrived. Every step after this is rooted into a new world as we take one foot out of the past and plant both in the future because it feels so rich, beautiful and promising.

Stories, art and music take us there. They take us to the moment of "now". We feel it in our bones. The earthly wonder and magnificence of a mountain's peak renders us silent, reverent and perfectly still inside. A majestic and humbling ocean or red rock canyon at sunset takes us right to the dawning of a new beginning. The beginning starts in us with how we feel about where we are.

We are conjurers of new beginnings. We can do it at will by how we feel. We are powerful beings. You don't have to travel to catch this feeling. Seek the enchantment of fireflies on a Summer night in your neighborhood...your own backyard. You don't have to be in love to feel the sway in your hips or the charm of your smile unleash-able with a tiny tilt of your head.

Magic was implanted at birth on your heart so that you could always dream yourself into a new, rich and beautiful future full of hope. Perhaps we have forgotten in the day's rhythm of steps, lists and routines that we can stand again at dawn's doorstep. We can knock on her door at any moment and she will always invite us in.

Hope your week is rich, beautiful and bursting with promise.

Your Weekly Mantra ~ I Bless My Future Because I Can www.tatianascavnicky.com

It's so easy to let our minds mill over things that aren't so good for us, causing stress, or worry. Our minds are always thinking. That's what they do. It's easy to let them just go off and wreak havoc if we let them. Anne Lamott said it so well! "My Mind is a neighborhood I try not to go into alone."

Rumination is thinking about something over and over, that is upsetting and not positive. Rumination refers to the tendency to repetitively think about the causes, situational factors, and consequences of one's negative emotional experience. ~ Nolen Hoeksema

If you tend to be a worrier or not, focusing on what you want keeps your mind thinking about exactly that, and not what don't want. The morning is a good time to think about how you want to feel, and what you are up to in life. Our deeply creative subconscious mind is super receptive in between sleeping, and being fully awake. Before bed is too. Keep your most important goals with you, maybe in a pretty book, written on a card, or on your tablet or phone.

We have all had those days where we wake up tired, and we are not feeling it. First thing when you wake up is the best time to say, "I bless my future because I can." Add I feel good, or I am confident and I easily get things done today. Everyone I meet is cheery. There are lots of things to be grateful for today.

I was inspired by Super Soul Sunday for this week's mantra. Joel Olsteen talked about the power of I AM. This is an ancient practice and I am thrilled he is preaching about it. It will take you far. Thinking good and affirming thoughts blesses us, and our future. We have the power! Try it this week and let me know how you do.

Hope you have a beautiful week.
