Sunday's Virgo Full Moon brings alchemical renovation power to our lifestyles and self-care, and to the care and feeding of our hearts. Opposing Piscean energy instigates a break through from ancient and outdated patterns. This Full Moon is a beautiful opportunity to know what needs to go. Like a thorough and discerning life coach, she'll help you create a visionary plan for what you want now.

☽ Mary Magdalene ~ Unconditional Love

Opposing planetary forces in emotional and sensitive Pisces combined with the Full Moon in Virgo, can bring up deep feelings from way back in the past. Keep watch of anxiety and fears. What you are afraid of holds a gift. A diamond in the rough. A lesson to be learned for the last time. A key to the future. Pushing down our feelings and fears will not make them go away. No matter how much we eat or drink them away, smoke them away, over-perform and perfectionalize them away or whatever other method we choose, the root cause cannot be flooded, silenced or drowned.

The key is compassion. It's easy to have compassion for others. Mary Magdalene shows us that our own hearts need healing. We need love, attention and compassion. Perhaps we think if we give enough of ourselves away or drown out that pain, we will be healed. We will have relief. Relief comes when we give ourselves permission to feel our feelings. We are then aware and able to take care of ourselves. We can fulfill our needs and know what to do. We have a responsibility to ourselves...as well as others.

We are the keepers of our temples, the temples of our bodies, spirits and minds. Mary Magdalene was a temple priestess. She is closely linked to the Goddess Isis, the goddess of all things woman and magic. Mary Magdalene literally means "Mary of the Goddess Temple". She is also called, "Mary of Magdala" meaning from the town of Magdala, where doves were bred for that area's "Temple of Doves". Her presence here signifies that our wishes, desires and life's pleasures are good. Cultivating our peace of mind is good. We are not meant "only" to offer up our bodies for having children and taking care of others. We are also to meant to enjoy the pleasure of life and offer up ourselves and our lives to fulfill our own divine missions, and make our marks.

Virgo is called the Virgin because the original meaning of the word virgin means a strong, capable and independent woman. Goddess Diana, also known as Artemis, is the unmarried protector huntress that reflects autonomous Virgo. If you know a Virgo, you are fully aware they have their own ways of doing things and are usually super independent. They tend to marry later in life. Let this Full Moon move you to be 'a law unto yourself'. The Divine Feminine is rising. Sisters are being called. Enlightened brothers are becoming aware. We honor them. Together we make space to balance the Divine Feminine + Masculine. May true LOVE reign!

☽ Aine ~ Leap of Faith

A fairy princess leaps up into the heavens. She slips through a veil, freeing herself. Boundaryless, Aine travels in between dimensions to higher realms of consciousness. Like brainstorming, transformation comes from a new realm of thinking, not a recycling of the past. Strong Piscean energy in Chiron, Neptune and Mercury makes this is an extremely psychic time. Your access to your intuition continues to heighten if you have asked for it. Initiate yourself as Intuitive.

The Leo Full Moon + Eclipse was the beginning of a love revolution. Here is a part from that oracle card reading.

Sunday's coming Full Moon gives space for this process to unfold on deeper levels. We choose to be courageous. We decide to own our shizz. We come to love willing to be a witness to our own shadows and character flaws, becoming accountable to the havoc they may wreak in our relationships. We have compassion for these flaws and come to terms with the adultness of love, which is to love ourselves, love others and give up seeking to be loved...but to be enveloped by LOVE itself.

Physical issues or maladies that you have had in the past may come up during this moon, three days before and after. They rise so they can be healed. When you are letting go, flu-like symptoms, allergies or rashes can present as these manifestations. Of course by all means see a doctor if you need to. It may be time to find a new doctor, perhaps an alternative practitioner. It is "the" time to get energy work because the wounded healer Chiron, will bring up deep stuff/shizz. For your head, it's also a serendipitous time to seek support and counsel.

What you are releasing can feel mega-intense. You may find yourself crying for no reason, overly confused or anxious. Careful not to get lost, but do find your way with your inner compass as mentioned earlier. Careful not to let these feelings keep you from the sweetness of life and your heart's desires.

Aine, Celtic goddess and fairy queen says it's time to take a chance! Be ready to do something you have never done, even if you don't feel like it. Take the steps you have been wanting to take. Take even just a baby step. She says going for the gold doesn't always feel right or fun. Motivation takes over when we begin. Do what you need to do now for yourself and your dreams. Don't wait till there is no more time left for you.

☽ Truth ~ Personal Truth

Virgo's superpowers include discernment and analysis. She joins Saturn, Father of Time and Karma. Time to create a plan and create structure. Virgo will bring clarity and counsel, sorceress that she is, to renovating your lifestyle, especially in the areas of health and spirituality. Regular meditation is part of her prescription. She rules the digestive system. If your doctor supports it, a cleanse would be really good to do now. However I can't tell you how many times I've felt one of my beloved clients digestive issues because they have gone totally raw without easing into it, or they decide to go on a juice fast during a really intense time at work. I literally feel their pain and their gas. (Wink) Start slowly. Please go easy on yourself. Even transitioning from being a ovo-lacto vegetarian (vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy) or pescatarian (predominantly vegetarian diet that includes fish) to being a vegan is a process and vice versa.

We are making big changes like that. You might feel the urge to start an exercise program or feel called to tai-chi or yoga. Consult your doc please. Virgo will make the methods clear to support how you really want to feel, which is the truth of the matter.

Another huge theme for this Full Moon is releasing blame. Yes very bad things happen. Life happens and it can be super hard and treacherous. It's time to cut the cords, meaning the energetic ties to these bad things. Staying there is like being stuck in mud. Being resentful keeps you tied and bound to that experience. Picture being bound. Not good right!? You are not saying you liked it or that is was ok. Decide you are moving on. Would you let a dear friend behind stuck in the mud? No you'd pull her out and help her move forward. It's time to move forward. You can do this! I repeat you can do this! And if you feel you need support see someone right away. Call a crisis hotline or a trusted friend. Enlist an ally or teacher, someone who can guide you with their wisdom and experience.

As much as I don't like to hear this, look at what you learned about that situation. How will use that information for the future positively? What do you need to clean up? Take responsibility. Now is the time. Decide to move forward in the midst of the pain without knowing how. Do the best you can. It will be worth it! Be strong.

Have you heard the wake-up call? We want peace. We need it. Virgo earth sign energy is the structure, and the grounding of the practices and methods to cultivate order that leads to peace. Align your actions with how you want your life to be as much as you can, but give yourself a break when you need it. Mean what you say and say what you mean to yourself, as much as you can. I told you this moon was deep. Oh my! If you need help now is the time to get it. Whether it's rehab, a life coach, a psychic, a doctor or accountant, get support so you can bring things together. Follow that vibe. That is your inner-guru leading you to your truth.

Virgo Full Moon to-do list

*Do clearing and releasing work and/or Full Moon ritual.

*Be willing to see things in a totally New Way!
If this doesn't feel doable... try making a movie in your head. Feel that vision so much, so you are salivating for it. Declare, "I want this so much and I am going to have it!"

*Virgo Full Moon magic happens by clearing clutter, organizing and throwing away junk. Get rid of clothes you don't wear anymore. Throw them away or donate them. Say bye!

*Make a list of things you have been wanting to do and do at the very least one of those things, with rut-busting intention behind it

*Get right with your money. Venus the planet of love, art, passion, beauty and money is retrograde till April 15th. You already know what you need to do is. Doing it, is the magic mojo. You'll feel so much better.

*Revamp your health and lifestyle regimens. Get a massage or healing treatment.

*Make a list of all the personal situations you want to move on from. Cut those cords, the energetic ties to people, places and things. Burn that list safely or flush it down the toilet after ripping it into bits. :) Say bye!

And lastly acknowledge yourself for the work you have already done, especially from the last Leo Full Moon Eclipse on through to the Pisces New Moon Solar Eclipse, until now. Taking in the intensity and message of this Virgo Full Moon Message is work in and of itself. Be proud of yourself always. Love yourself. You deserve all that you want and more!! It is possible. Today fully wrapped up in my to-do list I found myself here, at your weekly mantra. Just before I started I turned my unicorn lamp on and made myself a cup of my favorite coffee. Bob Marley sings to me "I Wanna Love Ya". 

It's so easy to get whacked out with our lists and tasks. Yes we have people and things to attend to. But where are you on your list? Maybe right now you are so busy wrapping up your book for publishing, beloveds climbing at your feet and pulling on your clothes, or working on an important work project. Or coming home from a long day and all you want to do is veg out unconsciously.


Fill in your current state of affairs. 

Life...


Is luxuriousness a possibility in your everyday? Or play? Perhaps music could bring extra clearing energy to you and the housework or paperwork you simply must do. Light candles **safely** and put on some soothing music in the mornings or evenings. Ask your Higher Power to bring more joy and contentment to your everyday experience. Believe that Spirit is always looking to get your attention. Allowing your vibe to get high and expand attracts more support and unexpected gifts and miracles as well as the divinely radiant afterglow. 

When you can't get to the spa, or out to hang with your girls and your list presses on you, cast joy and magic on it. Studies confirm that pleasure and delight strengthen our immune systems releasing healing feel-good chemicals into our blood. Resentment over time has the potential to be poisonous.

Pleasure isn't staying up night after night or doing way too much of what you like. It's nourishing yourself. Pleasure is fully and consciously delighting in the bites you take of that dark chocolate. In fact in her book "Ageless Goddess", Christiane Northrup says studies show habits that aren't that good for us if performed and experienced in the sheer delight of rapture can actually be healing. 

It's feeling your way deliciously through a yoga session. It's an impromptu dance party with your kids with a secret intention to tire them out, loving it. Time alone with your honey is underrated. It's a full-on energy clearing meditation ending in deep fulfilling relaxation. It's saying the words themselves and letting them envelope you and fill your cells with heavenly feel-good light. Rapture. Delight. Luscious. Delicious. Ecstasy. Satisfaction. Love. 


It is also crossing those things off your list that you committed to doing. That can feel so good. That goodness and pride makes more good stuff and juice to keep you moving forward, but make regular deposits of coinage to your pleasure principle bank. The more treasure amassed the stronger and healthier your immune system will become. Constant stress and overwhelm can suck the juice out of your life and your joints. 

Really tragic things will happen in a course of a human's life so get off at the next stop and exit the crazy train. 

Be true to your desires. A road trip or spontaneous trip. Nourish yourself with an afternoon spent languishing lazily reading and nibbling on your favorite treats, a nap or ten glorious minutes of nothing. Pleasure calms your nervous system. Don't let the world out there convince you that rushing and pushing constantly is a standard of living to choose for yourself. We flourish and thrive in environments of balance, fun, rest and accomplishment. Take it slow and purposeful. Intentional and steady. Strategic with stealth.


These mantras are like personal notes to you. I am grateful and happy that you are here with me. If I can bring you an elevated experience....maybe even enchanted and a different way of looking at things I've fulfilled my intention.

Cancer New Moon ☽❍☾ July 4th 2016 www.tatianascavnicky.com

A watery Cancer New Moon brings in the potential for possibility and for lots of emotion. Cancer is ruled by the moon. The effects of this new moon stretch into the coming full moon. You may feel like being at home and nesting, and being close and intimate with your beloveds. Most of all, honor your emotional self-care needs at this time. The Goddess Mother energy coming with this moon phase is palpable. You may be "feeling the feels" as they say. It's a perfect time to get into the ocean and into the water in general. If you can't, take a sea salt bath.


☽ Divine Timing
A hand holds an ancient pen. New moons are when we cast our intentions. The ancient pen symbolizes possible procrastination in doing the ritual of manifestation. Maybe there were good intentions to *safely* light a candle and write our wishes and desires giving them to Spirit, but we didn't have or make the time. Perhaps the time is now, especially over the next three days to plant seeds.

Just because what you want hasn't happened yet does not mean it won't. We don't know the ways of the Spirit and how the balance and timing of everything ultimately will play out. We plant the seeds, water and provide sunshine. We tend and wait. Will the flowers look exactly like the ones in the picture, or how we picture them? Maybe. It could be they'll come out prettier and better than originally imagined. 


The light sparkling from the pen symbolizes the magic available when we co-create with God/dess or however you recognize your High Power. The two dragonflies are a power animal totem hovering just above the pen. They are shape-shifters and guides through illusion. Representing transformation, on this new moon they will help us to redefine our intentions. Consider that what we have been wanting has not yet come to be, because we really didn't want it. The intention to make more money to spend time with loved ones and family brought more hours of work, instead of the original desire to feel connected to family and enjoy them. 


☽ Ancestors
Be ready to shed emotion as thoughts of loved ones may surface, living and deceased. It is time to look at what we learned from the people that have passed on, and people here that have challenged us. Soulmates are not always the folks that rock your world and bed. They are most often the ones that teach us the greatest lessons about ourselves. 

You have the opportunity to see the patterns these relationships activate. You have the power to turn the light on and change or stop the steps of the dance. Childhood issues may surface at this time as well. There is great clarity to be found within the tears. Unlike a new moon in an air sign like Aquarius that is motivated by thoughts and inspiration, emotions help us figure out how we feel to get to what we want. That is the effect of Cancer's energy. If you look into the eyes of a cancerian, they often look like they are crying.  

Cancer holds onto the memories of loved ones. Their memories may surface, good and bad at this time. Know that when you do think of a loved one, it means they are near. Some people may feel a brush on their skin, or wind pass as if someone walked by or see their loved one in a dream just upon waking. Another way is smelling cigarette smoke when no one is smoking. This is called clairaulience, meaning clear-smelling. A letter coming in the mail addressed to them at your house when you are having a hard time is another way they visit us. My mother visits me this way often smoking and sending letters.  

Each of us experiences our intuition very uniquely. Welcome and embrace sensitivity and the need to nest and nurture yourself at this time. Tending to your own needs and energy helps you to be more of yourself for others. What does your heart say about your life at this time? Ask it what do I really need in my life right now? What am I missing? From that your new moon intentions will spring. 


☽ Celebration
The blue butterflies represent the releasing of your intentions to Spirit. In celebration, not lack we send our goodies to the light. WE don't have to do it all by ourselves. Release the weight of the world off your shoulders. Co-create under the new moon with your Higher Power for your life. Pray you and your loved ones are surrounded in more love and light. 

The pink and red blossoms of a beautiful goddess represent the power of love that lives in us. The power of seeing, feeling and being grateful now for all that we have. The blue butterflies represent the releasing of your intentions to Spirit. In celebration, not lack we send our goodies to the light. The right hand (masculine-action principle) of our goddess casts our wishes and desires to the sky, and the left (feminine-receiving principle) is ready to receive in her left hand. This is an auspicious sign of manifestation potential available.

☽❍☾ Aries New Moon ~ Super Moon ~ April 7th 2016 ☽❍☾ www.tatianascavnicky.com

I am so excited to use one of my new favorite decks, the Medicine Cards. A brand new deck for a brand new beginning. Get on your rockets and ride! Aries is in the house! And it's a super-moon. It's go time. Aries is the sign of the maverick, and the self-starter. Aries peeps eat passion and motivation for breakfast. Their cool exterior is just a ruse for a fire-starter living within. 


☽ Wild Boar ~ Confrontation 
When Wild Boar shows up its time to confront fears. Aries energy keeps showing up, dealing with challenges and setbacks. It's all part of the process, the journey. Expect the warrior energy of Wild Boar to lead you to victory. Believe in yourself! Believe in all who have gone before you and paved the way.

What pressing things are on your mind? What character traits are getting in your way? Where are you procrastinating? And why? Procrastination isn't always about laziness. Often its about fear. Fear of rocking the boat, or making changes you know you need to make. This goes for anything you are dealing with over and over. If you have something you can't get past, have a talk with yourself this new moon in your journal. Ask what yourself what you might be getting out of putting things off? What fear comes up for you? Are you afraid to lose control? Allow Wild Boar to help you go into battle, and stand up against your fears. Be courageous. 

Procrastination can also be a mask for something you really don't want to do. If getting your masters degree is simply a status symbol impressed on you, and you've been talking about for 10 years, it might be time to take that off your list. This new moon wants you to follow the what lights you up, and kicks your ass into gear! Where can you take a little risk? Even in how you think?

Make a list of goals and things you really want to do on a personal level, by level of importance. Don't be afraid to think BIG and in YOUR favor. Pick 1- 3 things that make your insides stir. If there isn't a green light for your picks, they might not be that important, or your belief as to whether it's possible could be a roadblock. If you are stuck, have faith and confidence in your strengths. What are you good at? What have you accomplished in the past? Gather strength by building on what you have done in the past. Still feeling stuck, get a reading to help see things with a different perspective, and to create a plan. 

Is there a person or situation you are avoiding? Be open to other points of view and possible strategies. Wild Boar says to think it through, and see how you can get past it. If you aren't ready to move yet, make peace with where you are, call in Spiritual help AND make a plan for yourself as if you were ready. Be aware. 


☽ Blank Shield Card ~ Special Totem or Ally
How perfect to have a blank card in the second position of this spread, symbolizing the present. Its open season. What do you want? What do you wish for? What flames burn inside? Have you given up on your dreams? Do you secretly wish to write or be a chef? Consider writing a blog. If you write a page a day, you could have a book, by the end of the year. Invite friends over for dinner if you love to cook. Share baked goodies with friends and get their opinion, or take a cooking class. If you love wine, write about your tastings and share with the world. Have wine tastings at your house. Be sure to send your guests away sober and able. Indulge your passions. Pursue happiness and fulfillment. The future is wide open. You have a blank space to create now. 

The blank cards are also representations of chosen allies. If you work with a special angel, this card symbolizes their presence, and influence in your life at this time. They have answered your call, and your prayers. I shared in this week's mantra, I've got my groove back, that our angels, and beings on our spiritual team cannot intervene in our free will. 

Your angels take your prayers up to your Heaven. The word angel means messenger. If Buddha is on your team, ask what his advice and guidance would be? What would Buddha do? What would Jesus do? Ascended masters guide us. Know that help is upon you now and the big U has your back.


☽ Raven ~ Magic, Death & Rebirth
The Raven represents a magic portent of the new moon in the context of this reading. Do not question your power as a human being, or your power as a spiritual being. We are human and Divine. This is a sign to co-create powerfully and confidently now. Do not question your power to co-create with your Higher Power. What's tired? What's dragging you down? Are you the cause of your drama and issues? Have you lost your connection to your Higher Power? Are you engaging in behaviors that dishonor you and others? 

This is a sign to stop doing what you know is not in line with your true heart, and your truth. Raven, another messenger says its time to get right with your authentic truth. Magic is afoot and available to you now, at the advent of this Aries New Moon. The old has already begun to fall away, so let it happen. 

Raven represents creative energy. Become the magician of your life. This means to move forward in the direction of how you are called. Simple things like following a hunch to go into a new store, only to find exactly what you were looking for. You could run into a friend, or hear about an event you'd love to go to. Be open to synchronicity. Be open. The world is a beautiful, mysterious and enchanted place. 


Your Aries New Moon Ritual
My energetic prescription for Spring cleaning and getting rid of things you no longer use is still good medicine now. 

*Clean our drawers and closets, especially if you feel stuck. Start with one, or just your clothes, or the bottom of the closet. 

*Clean out the receipts in your wallet. If you want to bring more money in, get a brand new wallet and/ or purse. Look for a bright red, pink, vivid green or gold. Black is good too. Make it special. 

*Celebrate victories. Celebrate your friends and family, and go out. Celebrate new beginnings. Toasts are truly magical ways of celebrating and bringing in the new. 

If you are still feeling hesitant, just BE Ready to move.

Spring Equinox 2016: Happy Spring! www.tatianascavnicky.com

You'll be blazing at the start of Spring. In the year of the Monkey, fire and action shake up the status quo. The beginning of this year came in sleepy and soft, but now we are in renovation mode. It may feel like hyper-drive alternating with overwhelm, or wavering between chill-axing, and feeling like it's time to do something, but you don't know what to do. 

Spring gives us the cosmic push to enter the season. If you have been asking for more, it will be given. 

I can't tell you how crazy it seems on the roads right now. People are driving fast and recklessly, driven to get to their destination without thinking about how their speeding and weaving affects other drivers. The last week or so, I have felt like I was being reprogrammed and needed lots of rest.

Time to ground yourself. When you feel overwhelmed or spacey, feel your feet on the ground. Focus on your intentions for Spring. Bring them to voice...speak them out loud. The throat is the center of "I AM". Stating I AM happy and grateful, or I AM healthy and prosperous causes electromagnetic matter to form, from your words, causing things to happen. Declare what you want. Whether lighthearted over a dinner toast, or during a full on Spring ritual, speak it. 


☽ Two of Swords
In the context of this reading this card symbolizes navigating opposites. Life is not all rainbows, ice cream and unicorns. There is earthly stuff that needs to be dealt with. This is also about inhabiting our bodies, even when things are crazy. 

Things may have felt so challenging, escapism wasn't an option. Truth came calling. Time to choose. Spring can help you make moves. Doing a ritual literally moves energy. Prayer and intention are powerful agents of change and manifestation. Between the last Virgo full moon and the recent epic Pisces new moon + super moon + eclipse, it seems the world is magically super charged and racing. Many are seeing themselves in a whole new paradigm....but not sure how to make the switch. 

The message to ground and connect to Mother Earth is very strong. Picture someone standing serenely and powerfully, amidst whirling cycles of energy, dust, earthly matter, and storms. A hurricane of incoming possibilities is available. Don't drink the Kool-aid. Come back to yourself and ground. Make your own potion.

Watch for impulsiveness and recklessness. Observe and take in information during important business and personal conversations. Courage and charisma is charming, but what is your big picture? Where are you headed? Where do you want to go, even if you prefer to wander, rather than run?

You may have decided to pull back and nurture yourself this Spring, and play more. This card symbolizes getting back to your innocence, and looking at life with new eyes. The new paradigm energy feeling relates here too. Look at yourself through new eyes. See the treasure in your beloveds and all that you have. If you have been feeling cynical or resentful, the page of wands is a sign and guide to look at life with wonder and innocence.


Ritual actions for the Spring Equinox 

* Go through your closets. Throw away old clothes. Give them away, or donate them. If you haven't worn something in two or three years, it's time to say bye!

*Paint a room in your house, or change out a room by using completely new accessories like pillows, artwork, and paintings. 

*Clean your house. Cleaning is an ancient form of clearing energy and bringing in the new. If you don't want to, hire someone. After cleaning, safely light candles and incense. Sage if you can. Play music and open the windows. Dance in your intentions for Spring. Sing out loud. You can move energy. 

*Get naked and look into a mirror. Being naked is good. It's freeing. We are more beautiful in the skin we were born in. Tell yourself how beautiful you are, and that you are worthy of all you want and more. Blow kisses. Promise to be good to yourself. 

*Clean out your refrigerator.

*Plant seeds for your garden.

*Make a list of things you want to do with your family, and your honey.

*It's the perfect time to renovate your house. If renovation isn't what you have in mind, change it up by redecorating and cleaning up. Get rid of junk and clutter.
