I don't know about you but I've been feeling so sensitive! The energy has been heavy. If you are extremely clairsentient which means "clear-feeling" you may have felt an extra blast of intensity. It's time to shield and clear your energy. The violet flame is a universal purifying technique used for exactly this kind of cosmic-energy fog.
I've chosen an image with red and orange in it for additional grounding. The amethyst crystals pictured here are part of Kona Rock & Mineral's new "Beautiful Spirit Collection" from Brazil. I used to do readings at this shop when I lived in Kona. There stuff is hand-picked and curated from around the world.
Here's what to do:
Center yourself. Take a few deep breaths and close your eyes. After a few deep cleansing breaths open your eyes and step into the violet flame image pictured.
Let yourself be surrounded in the color. Feel it saturate you down to the marrow of your bones. Be here as long as you need. You may want to close your eyes. If you are very visual or clairvoyant, you may want to keep your eyes open visualizing this image as you clear and cleanse your energy.
When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and feel the surface beneath you. Feel your feet on the ground. Ask your angels, especially Archangel Michael for protection and shielding.
