☽ Intuition
Selene is the Greek goddess of the moon. Her left shoulder, the feminine side is open to the water and a portal. The portal is eclipse energy opening like a vacuum. Will you dive in and listen for what your inner-knowing says? Or resist? Water represents emotion, intuition and receptivity. The gray, silvery and white colors reflect Aqua energy. Aquarius is thinking/mental energy. Originally, the waves of Aquarius meant two serpents. ♒  Serpents represent great wisdom and knowledge. That wisdom is running through you. You have access to it. 

August energy is very activated and it will need balance. Take time to be with yourself and your thoughts. Tempers may flare, yours included. Things may explode. The lunar eclipse that comes with Monday's full moon and the upcoming Leo New Moon/Solar Eclipse is powerful and destructive as we shall see later in this reading. There could be relationship breakdowns, break-ups and breakthroughs. You may have already experienced a taste of this. The energy is building. There is a no-turning-back kind of feeling, like I simply can't go on this way any longer. To find your way through these crisis points, take an inner journey, the journey of intuition. There is no need to thrash, or crash and burn, but with this energy you might want to, in an attempt to feel better, or shake off the angry vibes. Astrologers consider eclipses wildcards because they shake things up.

☽ Guardian Angel
Take care of yourself sweetly and gently. This card tells of ancestors ultimately with us, even after death. You may have found yourself saying, "My Mom wouldn't want me to live like this. My Grandmother would want me to be happy." This is an awakening full moon with a harmonizing vibe. Traveling from here through eclipse season could be a blessing in disguise. The job you've lost love and inspiration for, might just disappear. Your company may close down or merge with another, and you are being offered severance pay. Or you might be let go. Like I said earlier, relationship break-ups, including partnerships are possible now, or total re-commitment at a new level of mutual respect and understanding could happen as well. 

In full alignment of an aquarian sisterhood and brotherhood moon phase, angels represent unconditional love and service to the greater good of humanity. They also bring the message to observe our feelings and emotions, and the thoughts we have about them. Upsets and fights may trigger deep emotions that feel super intense, and hard to hold inside. You might combust or blow your top. I often say, anger has powerful information for you. Go inward. Let your body process the feeling. Your body knows. It can take you back to the root of that anger. Awareness of these tender and touched places brings healing light, and the clearing can begin. Witness the original root of intense and difficult feelings and emotions, especially repetitive and recurring ones. Detached aquarian energy will help you see better, so you can move towards and take care of yourself. 

If you've been thinking about your mother lately, the pink carnations are a sign that she is with you, if she has passed on. Have you felt her? Deceased loved ones leave signs and hints when they visit, like a rush of air next to you, but there is no breeze, or smelling their perfume. You might go into a store after having thought about them and see something that totally reminds you of them. Take this in cause it's real!


☽ Kali
Step right up. Don't be shy. Kali destroys the old so the new can enter. She has no fear and she comes to tell you that you can move through what stops you, and she will help you. This month is the perfect time. Calling on Kali is intense. She is the Hindu goddess of creation, preservation and destruction.This full moon lunar eclipse brings the urge to purge. If you have been feeling like a slave to your life and trapped, between now August 21st is pivotal. When you are really ready to cut ties and leave the past behind, call on Kali. Her energy is relentless and insatiable. She's not afraid to go to war. I can feel that!! If you need to be a warrior or warrioress, she will be there. But you must step out of her way and let her do her thing. If you are beyond ready for change, she's your force of nature, and when you call on her, know that transformation has been set into motion. I think twice before I call on Kali, cause she's not nice! She is the destroyer. But she means business and will get the job done. 

Floating in the stars, she is the symbol of the eclipse season happening now. Change is imminent, including leaders and those in power. I take a few pictures before I choose then one I'll use. In every one Kali was flooded with light. I knew this had meaning for the the huge shifts and transformations possible, and the ones happening for you, on your behalf that I was talking about earlier. Now is the time to pursue your life's passion. What you love to do serves the world. Aquarius and Leo energy together say to be true to yourself and to your gifts. You are your most precious and greatest resource. 


☽ Bast
The Egyptian goddess of pleasure, music, dance, healing and cats of course, is a little preview of what's to come in August. She represents the sun and Leo's 'living large' and 'being seen' energy. Check out the statue of her in the photo of my altar for the last oracle card reading, On the 21st a fiery Leo New Moon will blaze it's beautiful sunny light. The serpent on her head is another sign of the undeniable and strong inner wisdom we all have within...always. Time to reset, hire and fire! More to come!!

Wow this is a huge month! A Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse falls on Monday August 7th ET in the sign of Aquarius. Be ready on Monday August the 21st for a LEO New Moon + Solar Eclipse! It's so hot I can't even think about it yet. I could be combustible. The moon will block the sun. This hasn't happened since February 26th, 1979. It's called the Great American Solar Eclipse because it will be visible across the US. Doing a moon ritual is a MUST!

RAW & REAL ☽❍☾ Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse ~ Friday September 16th 2016

It's the close of an intensely personal and transformational time. Hello and welcome back! Our Virgo New Moon Solar Eclipse on September 1st began a restructuring from the outside in through our daily regimens and habits. We saw what was working and what was keeping us from budding out. 

On Friday Pisces is working with the healer planet Chiron on a deeply emotional level to clear away psychic blocks and the emotional sh**t of fearful and unhealthy emotional patterns. Your emotions might run away from you. Arguments could escalate and you might feel overly sensitive and just plain emotional.

Take good care if you feel a bit under the weather physically and feel sensitive to environments and the weather. Take a look at what was going on for you in the beginning of March and see if its related to now. You have quite possibly grown a lot between then and now as your perspective has most likely evolved. Change would not be the proper word here. This is evolution. September is the 9th month in a number 9 year. In numerology the number nine represents endings and beginnings. The space between these two eclipses is a new beginning amidst the realness and rawness. 

Give into rest and restoration this week as much as you can. Work smart not hard. What are you trying to push through? The cards are absolutely beautiful for this Pisces Lunar Eclipse.


☽ Guardian Angel
A motherly angel holding pink carnations hovers over a beautiful earthly girl. Pink carnations are a symbol of undying motherly love and of Mother Mary. Pisces is a deeply feminine sign. We are protected and deeply loved by the Divine Mother Goddess. She will be there for you. Call on her to care for you during this cleansing time especially if things come up. You don't have to have a reason for your tears. They are doing their natural work on you and for you.

This might be a tough time as people we deeply miss and still love may come up during this full moon or the feeling of what life used to be like before they were gone, or before that special someone got sick. Our girl is wandering in the woods. When you feel lost and need to feel loved and nurtured, get to the Earth especially to the water in honor of Pisces. Chiron was a healer and teacher who ultimately could not heal himself. We are not always in control of what our bodies do or how our hearts feel so we take care of ourselves and let nature and time do her thing. Take advantage of the space open now for you. A healing bath in salt water would be a beautiful full moon healing ritual.

Tears may come up for no reason. Be ready for moments like these. Many of you will have intuitive revelations and see the relationship between what you have been thinking and how it shows up on Earth. I was thinking about getting updated versions of my humidifiers and two days later they were selling them on TV, the EXACT kind I wanted. 

Your intuition will be heightened. Know that you are ultimately protected. Know that you are being watched over by your guardian angel and your angels. Sandalphon was one of only two humans that actually turned into angels. That is why his name ends in   -on. Sandalphon is said to be so big that he is tall enough to take our prayers up to Heaven. Angels cannot intervene in our free will so we have to call on them for help. Angel means "messenger of God". They take our prayers up to Heaven. 

Follow the call to use your intuition and learn more about connecting to your inner guidance. Attraction to connecting with your angels and archangels will be stronger now. ☽ Gratitude
This image symbolizes the goddess of love Aphrodite known as Venus. Her crown is one of divinity representing the strong nurturing energy of the Divine Feminine holding us in her heart and the Divine Feminine within us. Alongside of that is honoring ourselves as strong women who seek out pleasure and life fulfillment and can be leaders. Its time to teach our daughters they don't have to be sweet and quiet to be loved. Good leaders are receptive to the ideas and information of others. They collaborate and then take action based on their own feelings and research and what they have learned and heard from others, balancing masculine and feminine energy. This theme of balance will come up more as we head into Libra in view of relationships and partnerships.


This card also calls for forgiveness as we touched on for the Virgo New Moon Solar Eclipse. Read that here to connect the dots. Pisces is ruled by Neptune, the god of the sea. He oversees dreams, psychic ability and illusion. You cannot move forward without shedding the unholy s**t storm of unforgiveness. Things work out the way they do for a reason. Just as we cannot be everything and everyone to ours, they cannot for us. I know this and can speak to it. My life changed as if a magic wand dropped charms all over me and my life when I chose to forgive. My life completely took a whole new direction. I began giving intuitive readings, writing and I went on tour performing my music. 

Forgiving is not forgetting. It needs to be mentioned that sometimes we hold onto resentment and unforgiveness because of fear. Fear we might have to be different and what does that look like? Fear we might have to change and own up. Fear of doing big things like moving or leaving a relationship. Just let go of resentment and grudges. This is the full moon to do it. Let that S**T go!! 


Our love goddess holds pink roses, a symbol of love, gratitude and appreciation. Gratitude is a form of alchemy. The more you practice it, the more your life is transformed... even just being grateful for the little things. Be grateful for all the help, love and good things in your life, and also the supposed bad things for they taught you so much too and how you have triumphed. Trust the power of being grateful to give you a new set of eyes to see the truth of it all. 

Be grateful for how far you have come. To feel emotional or under the weather isn't a bad thing. You don't always have to have it together. In fact you are a beautiful mess my dear. Tell yourself, "I like your hair a bit messy and the words you scratched out and replaced." 

A lovely white frame surrounds our love goddess. That is you my dear complete with butterfly wings. Butterflies symbolize metamorphosis. Their birth is not easy. Deep experiences of life have made you deeply beautiful, soulful and rich in experience and heart. 

If you feel more heady about all of this and less in your feelings, do the cleaning and clearing out of your files and home. Just doing that causes something to happen. Make your house a shrine to your future not your past. 


☽ Power
Re-connection to your Divine intuition and your soft and sensitive nature ultimately leads to your empowerment. You can navigate life better when you let your feelings and intuition guide you. Some of us get those hits...as we call them in the form of strong gut feelings. Instant flashes of big ideas and informational insight are another way. Let yourself be soft and receptive. When you go through a lot its easy and almost natural to be on guard for the next threat. You are trying to protect yourself. Your heart can harden. Try not to lose faith in the ultimate knowing that we are deeply loved and protected by God/dess and that we have power within our grasp to make a beautiful life.

9-9-9: Personal Power & Completion September 9th 2016

Today is a big day. It is the 9th day of September in the ninth month of the year. 

2016 adds up to 9. 2+0+1+6 = 9

9+9+9 = 27. 2 + 7 =9  

Yet another cosmic kick to amp up the energy that started at the end of August but really intensified on the Virgo Solar Eclipse September 1st. Get the info on that here Jupiter spent the whole year in my sign of Virgo and today it entered Libra the sign of love, partnerships, relationships and balance. You might have gotten up this morning feeling that shift. Not only will we feel the need for change in our daily life and regimen but in our relationships too, including partnerships. Be ready for a-hahs and huge insights.

A number 9 year is one of endings and beginnings. In my last oracle card reading I shared the push of Virgo's energy at the time of the eclipse to give clarity and what needs to be refined and cleaned up in how we are living our life related to our daily routines and regimens. Use today for more clarity. Use 999. In angel numbers it means get going light worker. In numerology 999 means completion. Take a look at where you are procrastinating. What kind of action can you take? A small action is good. 

999 is an omen or sign that a phase of your life is about to end. For many it feels as if you are shedding your whole self, not just parts. This is a good thing. It may feel like being unsure about what to do but simultaneously feeling a change is coming on. You may just feel totally different and are ready to integrate this bad-ass-ness! Amp it up and integrate change by cleaning up your files, house and personal papers. Start going through stuff and throwing out what you don't need. Finish to-do's. Make them into ta-dahs. 

Rhiannon confirms our abilities to transcend present life and create anew. Her name means "great queen" "night queen" or "white witch". She is a goddess of fertility, the moon, night and death. Death meaning the end of what has been to be reborn. 

What steps will you take now? 

I could not sleep last night feeling all of this. How about you? This clearing is about the things we know we need to stop doing. With the solar eclipse, today and the lunar eclipse coming next week its a good time to get an intuitive reading. Areas of how we physically take care of ourselves health-wise are highlighted. When you do what you don't want like eat too late or surf late into the night on your computer, what are you ultimately wanting and trying to fill? 

Change isn't always easy. September in all its cosmic change and shift has us teetering on the precipice of the future and forms of the past. Sometimes we have to jump off and that is scary. And it feels new and unfamiliar. That is real change. 

Challenge your views and habits. What is really working for you? What are you doing that sucks your energy dry or dis-empowers you? What boundaries will be needed now? Which people lift you up and help you see the beauty and possibility you are?

A COSMIC CALLING & CLEARING: Aquarius Full Moon ☽❍☾ August 18th 2016 www.tatianascavnicky.com

Baton down the hatches Aquarius the water-bearer is coming through! Throw away the conventions and shackles of the past. Re-align with your cosmic mission and true nature. We are called to sync up our individualistic spirits with the greater good. Renounce convention! Fly your freak flag. Bring freedom for yourself and others with a unique and unorthodox point of view and way of living. 

☽ Compassion
Aquarius is all about the greater good. It cares about the planet, the forgotten, the mistreated and abused, and the greater mission at hand. Its an air sign astrologically calling us through thoughts and ideas about the bigger picture of our own lives and the world we live in. 

What have you always wanted to do as a contribution to make the world a better place? Every time I go to the animal shelter to hold the kittens and love on the older ones. I feel so good inside just to drop off cat food for them. I am hurt for the fur babies there but hopeful at the same time for their new lives. I am grateful they are being taken care of. 

You are being called...if you choose to accept this mission. This is coming from a cosmic directive. This is as seemingly simple as a compulsion to beautify your yard and plant a garden or having a blog or career as an organizer of Feng Shui consultant. A builder of rocket ships or creator of a non-profit organization funding schools or people that need help and support, to being the most proficient project manager or realtor who is all about making people happy by getting them into the home of their dreams. 

This is a unique and individual purpose. It doesn't have to be huge. Quite simply, it has to be yours and/or one you believe in. 

This is a liberating full moon. Liberation is often born of chaos. It is not so easy as we are seeing in the world. Aquarius causes us to see the world around us and what we can do. Aquarius is the water-bearer of truth opening our eyes to injustice and chaos in the world and in ourselves. How can we influence the transmutation of the chaos? Can we make it better?


☽ Sulis ~ Purification & Healing 
Sulis is the Celtic goddess of the sun and of water and healing. There is a temple in her honor in Bath, England. She symbolizes for us in the context of this reading the purification of not only being in the water but purifying our intentions...almost like a soul baptism. 

Look at where you know you are really far from how you want to live, where you say if I could only do that, I would be able to move forward. Defying your habits is the ultimate sign of mastery. It creates firepower. Cleaning up your individual consciousness and conscience is directly related to giving back to the collective. Going to the animal shelter or mentoring someone causes a feel-good kick-back to the soul. 

The duality of the sun and water aspects of Sulis perfectly symbolize this full moon. The sun aspect resonates with where we are astrologically in August and the sign of Leo. Our thoughts, our spirits and ultimately the collective Spirit call us to a greater purpose, to the next level. You can level up now if you choose. 

Uranus the planet of reinvention and rebellion rules Aquarius. Time to wake up to what you have been feeling, hearing, seeing and knowing deep inside. Don't give up at this time even if what you want for yourself and the collective doesn't seem to be happening. 

Rebellion is not quick. Following your own point of view is constant. Forward thinkers keep thinking forwardly. This includes peace-keeping motives and pacifist approaches. It never stops. It takes time and trickles down. But we are psst!!! We don't like what is going on. I am not going to get into recent current world events because this is not what this space is about. But YES that rising up you feel is real. We are rising up to the collective "We" and the rebel revisionist in "Us". Being a rebel is just as much about not doing something as doing something.

Back to us. We know what we are doing wrong and right when it comes to ourselves and those around us. We know our unconscious actions have cause and affect. Being a rebel and revolutionary starts with stopping the battle within before it erupts on the battlefield. 

Aquarius represents the priestess or goddess archetype or feminine energy. This is a very psychic and intuitive time. You may feel as if you are super in-tune with your inner-guru. Pay attention to flashes of insight, especially mental ones, because Aquarius is of the element of air representing thoughts and ideas. This moon has an energetic quality beckoning us to not only have great compassion for the world but equally important, for ourselves. Feel the push to change within for the better, but DO NOT beat yourself up. I talked a bit about this in this week's mantra. You can read that here. 

Full moons are for forgiving things you have been carrying. Holding onto anger and resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Time to forgive yourself too and move on my dear. You have done the best you could do. Now that you can do better so be it. Being lost and stuck in regret and depression or being angry at yourself doesn't create change. Look at the root of it. Then use the energy of the full moon to list the things that stand in the way of what you ultimately want. Release them during the full moon. 


Examples
I want to give back but I just don't have the time and energy
= I find ways to give back that inspire me that work with my life. 

I am angry because I want more time to myself 
= I AM discovering ways to create more time for me. 

I feel lost because things are not working out like I want
= I want happiness and peace.  
= I Look forward to the future with great happiness and peace. 

I want more money
= I AM abundant and wealthy.

I want love 
= I AM deeply loved.

These affirmations take effect really quickly if you write them down at the time of the new moon and refer back to them often. 


Aquarius Full Moon Rituals
*Take your written affirmations and what you do to block them. Release them in a body of water. Bury or **safely** burn them.

*Take a sea salt bath or ritual shower if you don't have a bath tub. **Safely** light candles and play music. I recommend Mark Watson's Anja ~ Third Eye Chakra and Goddess Caer music. Feel the water and scrub cleansing your body, mind and spirit.  

*Get in the water if you can!

*Take time to get deep and journal about what you would really like to do to give back and what that would feel like. Write how following your gut and mastering habits would make you feel.

I love that new Post It commercial where the girl writes I will jump higher today. Everyday she jumps higher and eventually touches the backboard of the basketball net. It is true as the commercial says you are twice as likely to accomplish something if you write it down.

You do not have to do everything yourself. Feelings of overwhelm are a key to what you may need to adjust and change. Your angels, your Higher Power (HP) and your Spiritual posse have got your back. Physical symptoms like tightness or pain in your body may be something that needs to be released. After you have checked with your doctor to rule out anything medical that needs attention, have a conversation with that part of your body, and see what is there. See what it may be telling you. My throat and upper chest were  really tight and I was having a hard time breathing. I talked to someone who I deeply trust about the symptoms. She shares my belief that our body can have messages for us when we are sick, or in pain. These messages can help us to heal, and release emotional pain. Turned out my tightness was rooted deep in my past, and I had not even considered it. This moon phase is doing it's work on me.


If you have been tired, rest. Cultivate a balance between mind, body, and spirit. Ask yourself where do I need more balance? Which relationships drain me? Who is there for me? Who can I trust? This Lunar Eclipse phase can help you create boundaries in your relationships if you wish. It can also help you distance yourself from those who are drama queens, and energy vampires. Create healthy boundaries for yourself and respect the boundaries of others.


☽ Kali
How freakin' perfect is this card? There is a lunar eclipse on it! Kali is all about endings and beginnings. There is potential again symbolized here for relationship changes. Kali is the great liberator of the ego, and of the idea that we are only our bodies. We are spiritual beings having an earthly experience. She is known as the Hindu goddess of death, the death to our egos...to those parts of ourselves that are destructive to ourselves and others. 

What character traits do you possess that enhance your life? And which destroy it? Call on Kali when you want quick change. She will cut to the quick! Replace character traits that are destructive, with productive ones. Read or get professional help if you need to. If you feel the need to destroy...lash out, be resentful, or angry, ask yourself what am I really mad about? What's at the true core of my anger, sadness or pain? If I want to be right about something, what is really underneath it? What am I afraid of? What am I avoiding or possibly projecting in my rightness? What am I hiding?

Finally Kali represents the shadow, the darkness of life. In the context of this reading, she represents the supposed bad things that happen. Even in those bad things, some good always comes out of it. We look to those who have endured a lot in life, and ask how they got through hard things. Then we realize that we too have gone through tough times, and come out of great tragedy. We are better because of it. 


☽ Hawk Moon
Hawk is a symbol of the Spring Equinox. It is a
Guardian spirit, confirming and supporting our first card. Something way bigger than we are can see the big picture of things, that we as humans cannot see. Hawk is the power of vision, or the big picture. 

It's message is to not judge the path of others, or be jealous of their gifts. If you are angry or jealous of someone else, it is most likely because you really want for that for yourself. You might be afraid of shaking up the status quo or standing up for yourself, and honoring your boundaries.


Our earthly issues can sway us, and pull us away from our center. The message is to stay balanced as life twists and turns. Hawk says stay focused. Now is a good time to begin creative projects. Creativity is a direct channel to being present. We lose track of time. Creative projects always give life to other parts of us, and our lives. If Hawk is your power animal or totem, you are highly intellectual. You have powers of communication and speech. Sometimes your words can be hurtful and your tongue razor sharp.
