Today I woke up tired and frustrated. I made my way to the kitchen to get my morning hot water and coffee. Sweet coffee....feeling better already. In the morning I journal and meditate. I let life pull me away from this routine the last few months and I am so happy to be back at it. The morning is sweet and perfect. The sky has that summer diffused haze. Birds skip and swoop over the tops of the trees. Heaven is in view from my window. I decide I just have to walk outside in it before the afternoon hot sun starts. Before long I am feeling better.

No matter what is going on...the latest turns of life and earthly issues there is a part inside that remains untouched. Its the part that keeps the Olympian unphased by competitors, the game or setbacks. Their daily practice in many ways reflects a morning meditation practice. Everyday they come with all the human stuff dealt with daily. They still practice. They come with physical aches and pains, and mental ones too. They stretch to reach the part inside that remains invincible, Divine and superhuman. 

This is the measure that gives a human the super-strength to lift the car. This is the proportion that drags the body out of bed to face life in all its proposed deformity and glory. This piece gets a heart through heartbreak and tragedy and a body through illness. Yes that's in you. Please don't forget it for very long.

We may feel as if tiredness and worries or heartbreak will change and jade us forever. We will change. We will see that we are sweetly breakable, but we will come to know the Being inside that is magical, heroic and beyond this earthly life.

Weekly Mantra ~ I Keep My Head In The Clouds & I Kiss The Sky www.tatianascavnicky.com

This week look to the sky for all that glitters, for all the good that is on the way. I am inspired by Jimi Hendrix this week! He was an Aries, a maverick and an innovator. He revolutionized guitar bringing a style and sounds never heard before on this Earth...in this realm. We reach to the sky for the possibilities we cannot see, feel, know or touch yet. Savor the sun on your face, somehow we are transcended to another place. Take a meditation trip and skip to the other side. 


The book "Ask and it is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks completely altered my life. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Jerry Hicks at an event in California, and Esther Hicks sent a sweet message over to me during a lunch. Jerry has crossed over to the other side but Esther is still teaching and channeling Abraham a group of beings from the non-physical dimension. 


"What if?"  is an exercise from "Ask and it is Given" (which I recommend to you with every fiber of my being). Let's try it. Ask yourself what if my life was going better than I could ever imagine or dream? Or what if the Universe gave me more than enough time, money and resources than I could ever imagine? Asking the question takes you right up to the sky... to the realm where all matter and manner of possibility exists. 


Feel the difference between, "Why do I have all the money I could ever need and more than I could ever imagine?" and "I have all the money I could ever need and more than could ever imagine." Both are positive but adding why? how? or what if? takes you straight up to a huge, beyond-all- comprehension wide-open and limitless realm of possibility, magic, reinvention and co-creation with your Higher Power. I don't know about you but that sounds like a great place to be an hang out.


What if this is the best week you have yet in 2016? What if you are showered with gifts? And the raise you want happens? Or the money comes through from the investors? Or your honey surprises you with a trip. Or....


May you kiss the sky and ride the clouds often and as long as you can.

I can't believe how perfect the cards are for your First New Moon reading of the year in Capricorn the sign of stability, wisdom, discipline and balance.Yes "Goats" can be very ambitious when they want something. The full moon in Cancer on Christmas was a chance to let go of our stuff so we could start again. You may have felt tired, achy and emotional. The new moon is the best time to set your true intentions for the year. New moons are for creating and manifesting. Stir this melting pot of magical energy waiting for your instructions. 


☽ Aeracura ~ Blossoming
A symbol for rebirth, Aeracura is a Celtic earth goddess symbolizing setting goals and Spring. Now is the time to think and feel manifestations into reality. Set them into the ground. Plant seeds and do not worry as all seeds grow when they are nurtured and given attention. The beautiful obsidian sphere above represents the void... zero, a new beginning. The Holiday buzz is past us. Time to slow down like earth. Journal about what you want if you are a writer or list maker. If you love reading magazines with beautiful images, create a vision board and put it where you can see it. You are more in touch now with how amazingly accurate your intuition is becoming. Your powers of manifestation are in laying the groundwork for your seeds to blossom.


☽ Brigit ~ Don't Back Down
Holy fire is yours at this time. Be as clear as you can about what you want. If you are not sure, or have fears about setting the right goals, take a look at what you think your goals will ultimately bring you. For instance, If I go back to school, my degree will bring a higher salary. The root is more money. Affirm that all matter of money and resources are on their way to you now, in ways you can't imagine yet. The possibilities are endless. Then put the degree goal in writing or on your vision board.

Brigit is also the Goddess of speaking your truth. Where do you need to stand up for yourself? What is important to you is the foundation of your inner truth. What you decide on is your word. Brigit symbolizes your words...where your speak your thoughts from. The blue color here represents your throat chakra. The fire she holds shows the power that your thoughts and words hold. She says to keep your desires to yourself and give them power at this time. Fire needs air. The peacock feather wand represents bringing fire to your intentions. It's handle is citrine carrying the qualities of fire and wealth. What you pay attention to gets bigger.


☽ Rhiannon ~ Sorceress
Between now and the full moon is a magically charged time. The unicorn represents the innocence and purity of what we love, of what makes us happy. Believe in the power of dreams! Believe in the power of fun. Your seeds grow from letting go of your desires now, so the Universe can line things up. That can take a bit of time. Look at your vision board often. Look at your intention page in your journal often, everyday if you can. Remember to add, "this or something better". Believe in your powers of charm and divination.
