COSMIC FIRE & CELESTIAL AMMO ~ Aries Full Moon/Super Moon October 16th 2016 www.tatianascavnicky.com

A fiery and passionate Aries Full Moon~Super Moon will burn bright across the sky. You might see the ethereal flames. Little King, the Royal Star of the Lion and Uranus the planet of genius and individuality activate the need for freedom and dynamic change! We simply cannot ignore it. What worked for you in 2016 and what didn't? This month's shifts are a preview and foretelling of 2017. It's exciting! Use this revolutionary fire but be careful as Aries can make us move too fast and impulsively. Here is what the cards have to say...

☽ Freedom
The moon is aligned with Uranus the planet of inner-genius, rebellion and freedom. Our individuality can feel as if it's at stake here, like it's do-or-die time, or as if all bets are off if some kind of change isn't made now. This is just the revolutionary vibe of this full moon. Use it to your advantage. Bottle it. Watch it boil. Let it ferment. Think on it. Tweak your game plan altogether and revamp.

My goddesses. The warrior Goddess aspect is at play here not the supreme nurturer. You may feel unappreciated and angry. It's definitely time to pursue your passions and self-care. Find a way to be with strong emotions at this time. They have valuable information for you. During this moon phase you may just go on strike. WE simply cannot be all things to all people or even ourselves. We also have personal limits and boundaries to honor.

Full moons are for releasing and letting go. This moon will rouse up your rebel feelings in the form of impulsiveness and being reckless. Relationship issues and arguments around this time as well as feelings of jealousy may come up. Be watchful of your need to be right. The potential for sensuality is activated as well adding extra multi-layered intensity. Mars ruled sun signs and rising signs Scorpio and Aries people will be especially activated and Mars in Scorpio peeps, like yours truly.

Fighting and being antagonistic will not make you free. Your freedom lies in your vision and finding your own voice. Transmute this fire into your passions and get going. Aries embodies the energy of the visionary, the maverick and independent thinker. Aries says, " I AM" and is literally the embodiment of "I AM" as the very first sign of the zodiac. It's a potent time to create "I AM" declarations. Who must we ultimately Be to Have what we desire and wish for? Bringing us perfectly to our next card.

 Awakening
Picture this. A room completely in shambles as if there has been a robbery. It's your room. In a tantrum of anger and rage you literally destroyed it and everything must be put back together. But it all looks old and dirty and as if all the stuff is someone else's. It's actually easy to throw away all this sh#t. So you dive in and put it all into the trash and it feels satisfying and right.

The good new is you don't have to do this to yourself or your room. More good news hypothetically after it's all cleaned up, organized and the muck in the bottom is gone, a new and beautiful room capable of energetically holding your new ideas (papers and projects) and your new happy state of mind (cause it's so beautiful) and energy (young and fresh) surrounds the new you. Sometimes things have to fall apart (and we just might do that all on our own this weekend), to be able to be container for the new.

This imaginary tantrum scenario is the way it might possibly feel at this time for many. They are just sick and tired of things not happening like they want. "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." Or it feels like being really stuck and very emotional about it. The emotions have energy. Thoughts like every time I tried, it failed or it didn't work out. Or every person I've ever been involved with has not been supportive of me and I couldn't trust them. I'll never have the kind of partnership or life I want. These thoughts create beliefs. Beliefs can be shifted. A rebel-rising up of consciousness is in order. A quantum leap.

Rebellion is not going with the grain and deciding to freely think and create for yourself. Decide what kind of energy do I want to be pulsing through my mind, heart, energy and brains? It might be time to ask for help. I repeat. For sure it's time to create boundaries.

Find The Current Blessing In Your Current Situation
The blue light surrounding Krishna is the aura of infinity, what is immeasurable. He represents bringing down the infinite to this world and makes it finite, another way of saying "as above so below" or "on earth as it is in heaven". Sometimes we cannot see or measure in the earth-time what we have asked for and desire to be made manifest on this plane. There is a higher law running all of it.

The full moon is the time to contemplate the mystery of it all. Take the opportunity to forgive for yourself to unbind yourself from the past. Being willing to let go so we can allow our wishes to come true. The letting go is the part that gets messed up because we want it and we want it now. The allowing and receiving is a truly important piece. Some things are for you and some are not. Or they are not for you yet because something way bigger and more amazing is still being created.

Aries Full Moon Ritual:
*Write down the emotional junk you have been carrying.

Ask yourself...

What is slowing you down?
What is affecting you from the past?
What do you really want to let go of?

What character traits do I wish to be healed and transformed?
What beliefs about yourself and life do you want to say "See Ya!" to and"Bye!! ?

*Feel deeply as you write these things down. Know that their release is a natural part of communing with the moon. Feel that positive expectation and trust running through you. The Universe has heard your intention.

*Finish with, "This or something better for the greater good of all. Thank you" All prayers are answered.

We are awakening now intensely since the Black Moon Lilith in Libra  and Mars in Capricorn the sign of goals and organization, a forward motion has begun. Celebrate and do your full moon ritual from above. Have a bonfire in your backyard. Luna will happily glow and bestow her lovely magic upon you.

❍ ❍ ❍ Libra New Moon ~ October 12th 2015 ❍ ❍ ❍ www.tatianascavnicky.com

The Libra New Moon illuminates new beginnings of love and harmony within ourselves and in relationships. That breezy feeling feels oh-so-good after last month's intensity. Libra energy brings a sense of peace and wanting to be in harmony in life. It's breezy but this phase can easily tip the other way. Familiar arguments may erupt over the next week. Our feelings are the gateway. What can be seen on deep levels opens us up to a new awareness of the true gift of our lives and those in it.

 Nature
This card image shows us Libran balance. The Fall leaves on the left and Springs blossoms. Life is a cycle of endings and beginnings. Starts and stops. Love and loss. September was intense energetic catalyst for change. Aries Harvest Full Moon ~ Blood Moon ~ Super Moon + Lunar Eclipse brought a huge opportunity for releasing. Significant relationships may have been rocky the last two weeks. What pissed us off about others is a mirror to our own issues. We can look at that now in ourselves and transform it, if we wish to.

Pay attention to animal signs. I keep seeing blue jays. One just crowed as I wrote that. They are members of the Crow family. An animal or bird that keeps showing up has a message for you. Ravens and crows represent magic an transformation. Lions are about personal strength and power, and the sun. Dolphins symbolize playing, and peace and harmony.

 Choice
If you had issues with boundaries, consider you may not be so good at maintaining your own. If you are feeling like an outsider or lonely, it's time to get out and experience life. No you don't have to climb a mountain, or jump out of an airplane...unless of course you want to. Get outside as the "Nature" card revealed. Take a walk. Get a coffee with a friend. Have a party or go to one.

Relationship intensity in recent weeks may have shaken and stirred up things. The woman's red dress here symbolizes passion, love and the groundedness of the root chakra. As we ride the ups and downs we have the choice to pick our battles.

Ultimately we want to be loved. She holds a shining crystal very close to her heart. It looks like an embryo symbolizing new life. We can have the courage to keep our hearts open in the midst of the life's unstoppable tides when we keep our eye on what we truly want. The three directions shown here are the many choices we have. Peace...our white dove can ultimately reign.

 Discernment
The crows flying above three geisha's heads are an omen of possible transformation.  Mystically we go within to see our part in things and what we might still need to bring light to, a spiritual journey. Magically - we see our world constantly giving us signs like the crows here and ourselves mirrored back to us in other people. It can be an a-hah moment. I hate when he does but I do that.

It's time to trust yourself. Three spheres: zodiac, compass and world crowning the geisha's heads tell us we can tune into our our intuition. To think before we react and let things sit. Our feelings have valuable information in them. Discern what is at the core of them. Be with them for a time before judging, condemning or blaming.

These three spheres also symbolize mind, body and spirit.

Compass Crown = Mind
Thinking before reacting. Embracing the power that your thoughts can create reality.

Earth Crown = Body
Getting into our feelings, and owning our deepest desires and needs.

Zodiac Crown = Spirit
Bridging these parts of us bring harmony and balance.

Your heart can lead the way.

Lots of Love,
XoTatiana

Things "Spiritual" People Say: What the Heck Does Being Grounded Mean? www.tatianascavnicky.com

via

I get flack at times for not explaining what things like keeping your vibration high, auras and being grounded are. I am sorry! I really want you to be in-the-know and benefit from all this woo-woo. I can't tell you how many times my computer puts the red squiggly line under "spiritual" words as I write, asking me to 'add to dictionary'. Let's focus on being grounded. Focus is the perfect way to start when talking about being grounded. I did a vlog you'll find very helpful on this subject. I shared it below. To talk about what it means to be grounded, we need to start with being ungrounded. Symptoms of "ungroundedness" are feeling scattered and all up in your head. It may feel like you are detached from your body too.

We do want to leave our bodies sometimes. We don't want to feel physical or emotional pain, or we don't want to be somewhere so we check out. If you have to spend time with people you don't like or it's an uncomfortable environment, you might leave your body and eat too much, think too much and/or drink too much. Being grounded is being present and in the moment. It means being comfortable, or super aware you are not comfortable.

It's easier to catch "ungroundedness" in others. It shows up in a co-worker or loved one who can't concentrate or stay on one subject during conversation. Or being a passenger in the car with someone and they are not paying attention at all to driving, or what you are saying. They are all over the place and soon you are.

As a society we are not grounded. In my travels to Spain and Italy especially, because I wasn't flying from city to city on tour, I got to really experience a culture that honors a daily grounded practice. They lunch, taking the afternoon to sit, chat, maybe even nap, enjoy a drink and an espresso before returning to the second half of their day at work.

In Kona, Hawaii it's not like that either. I think it's easier to stay grounded when the mountains and ocean are in view. Regular nature trips to a park, a cider mill and river create groundedness. Reading a book, getting a massage and eating a good meal are simple grounding methods. Chilling and grilling, and enjoying the sunset are on the list too. The key here is to stop, slow down and be present. Add a little "woo-woo" to that with...come back to right now.

If you are really aware of everyone else around you, you may not be in your body. I call being grounded occupying your body. Sensitive people often are concerned with how others are doing and feeling. They have lots of compassion. I share my free Superpower Intuitive Development series a lot because it is so helpful to know what your intuitive method is...especially if you are super-sensitive or have super-sensitive loved ones. It's a huge challenge to focus on yourself and be grounded. It can feel like you are enmeshed with everyone around you and you don't know where you start and they begin. You might feel like you have to leave. I recommend checking out my series for help on what to do if you going through this. It can be terrifying and uncomfortable! I know...but you can protect yourself and feel better in groups and busy places. I know! I am super-sensitive and it's a great quality to have when I am giving intuitive readings and for song-writing, but it took me awhile to figure out why I was so ungrounded, shy and focused on others. I still avoid big grocery stores and you will never find me at the mall on the weekend.

Trouble concentrating and feeling anxious and not knowing why other forms of being ungrounded. It can feel like you've eaten but you still have low-blood sugar. I find that angel-lovers and meditators can often like to be in this euphoric and light space. If you've ever done yoga, the last post is called corpse pose, or shavasana. It's done to bring you back home, into your body...grounded after all that exercise. It calls for one to feel themselves totally supported by the surface beneath.

On a serious side note, you may have a super-sensitive child who needs guidance on being grounded. I personally feel like kids are doing too much, and being run from one place and activity to another. They then get labeled as ADHD or ADD because they can't sit still in class. They will be little spinning and churning examples of us. They need downtime and stability, balanced with activity...NOT medication. This is my personal opinion. I also think diet and what's happening in the home contribute too. Science shows there are legitimate chemical imbalances, and even physiological things that cause children and people for that matter, to need medication. I probably should have Valium on hand because of my astrological birthday profile giving me an intense "mental energy". I also wasn't raised with security and stability. I left my body often to deal with abuse as many kids have. If this is resonating with you, touching you deeply, it may be time to explore what it means to be grounded .

Being grounded is feeling calm and present. You are part of what is happening around you, but in touch with yourself and your feelings. For example a co-worker may go off on tangents (most likely ungrounded) and freak out about a project or task not coming to fruition. If you are grounded you can observe what is happening over there, and not lose your concentration and focus. If you are ungrounded you might become fearful and stressed too right away, instead of discovering what can be done or not done.

In grounding meditations I take people to a forest or sandy beach to feel the ground beneath their feet. When you get into bed at night and have that "aahhh" this feels-so-good feeling, that's groundedness. Sitting with friends enjoying good conversation and eating a lovely meal together is another example of being grounded.

Here is a great quick and easy way to get grounded. Find a comfortable spot to sit or lay down. Lay back into a chair or into the floor beneath you. Allow yourself to relax. Feel your legs and butt touching your supportive surface. Feel your back sinking. Take a bit to feel your legs, knees, hips, waist, stomach, chest, shoulders, neck, and head. Feel your body. You are now in touch with your body. Allow yourself to completely relax and let go into this feeling of comfort, security and calm but aware presence. If you wish, and you are sitting, see your feet connected to the Earth growing roots way down deep to it's very core. Beautiful...when you are ready, rub the tips of your fingers together and shift your body a bit coming back into now. Open your eyes before you move.
