Have you ever gotten the chills when someone said something you totally resonated with or after and eerie coincidence? Or found yourself led to a store only to find the perfect gift you've been searching for? Spirit is always talking to us, we just need learn to listen. Here are a few ways Spirit communicates with us.

Noticing the same kind of bird

Last Fall, five hawks landed in the park behind my yard. It looked as if one of them was injured. I had never seen hawks flying together. I knew this was a sign for me. Hawk is my power animal. I had a friend who called me "hawk girl". On the day before my birthday, a red-tailed hawk one landed in my backyard and sat on the fence for ten minutes. It let us get a picture of it. Another time while meditating outside after a huge argument one flew super low over my head.

Every bird or animal carries symbolism and a message. Doves are a sign of peace, prophecy and Jesus. Owls represent magic, the Goddess and the moon. Hawks are connected to Mercury the god of communication. Mercury rules the astrological signs of Virgo and Gemini. I am a Virgo with a Gemini Rising. I can't tell you how many times I have had encounters with hawks. They bring the message to seek your life purpose and cultivate the vision for it. There are protectors. I feel very much guided and watched over when they visit me. I know that Spirit is telling me to stay focused on my vision and purpose and to lean into the magic. Their visitation can mean that a difficult life situation will soon get easier and stay close to the wisdom of Spirit, and be aware. 

Repeating numbers

Number sequences like 111 are a sign to watch your thoughts. We are powerful manifestors. You may start to see this one after you have prayed for guidance. If you are feeling fearful this angel number says to keep your thoughts are what you want, and not on what you don't want. 

Seeing 888's over and over is a sign of abundance or the potential for prosperity new opportunities on the way. 8 represents balance and the infinite dance of things coming in and going out. Abundance comes in many forms and is unlimited. 

Goosebumps

When they aren't from the cold are a sure sign that what we have just heard, seen or felt is resonating as truth through our whole body. Goosebumps or angel bumps as they are sometimes called, are an electrical signal in our bodies confirming a deep truth, kind of like an intuitive sign felt all through our skin. 

You may have had that experience of talking to a close friend about another person who is going through something hard. Your deep concern for her and her need for help is confirmed by the both of you getting goosebumps.

You might feel goosebumps when visited by a loved one who has passed on. In my intuitive readings this comes up a lot. Feeling a breeze as if someone just walked by and no one is there is sign that your loved one with you. Feeling goosebumps after they walk by is a sure sign they have visited you and they were close.  

The Universe is always sending us signs and messages. There are so many ways we hear Spirit. Be open. The more open you are, the more you will get answers. This can take time. Patience and trust elevates reception. Asking for signs spiritual guidance opens up the phone lines to Heaven. It is comforting to know we are never alone. Even though it may feel that sometimes, Heaven is waiting on the line.

It's going to be your year. You are already awesome, capable, talented, beautiful and ever oh-so-deserving of what you want. The image above is where I sat in August at one of my favorite places on Earth, Honaunau the City of Refuge. Legend says " The pu-uhonua (places of refuge, literally meaning 'hill of earth' ) offered more than physical protection. It was a sanctuary of supernatural power." Find out more about why this place is so mystically charged. I feel the presence of the Divine Feminine there. The Goddess Pele is the Hawaiian Mother Creatress Volcano Goddess. That's the chair I sat in. I wrote what I wanted to let go of and create in a special notebook. It is said that you cannot take lava, sand or shells from the island. I was careful to shake my notebook free of sand but when I got home, a few grains came back with me in the plastic that covered the notebook. I don't feel bad about it. It was supposed to come back with me. When I hold it, I know this notebook and everything that is written down in it, is powerfully charged and blessed.


In the wee hours of Friday morning, I just wanted to jump over the threshold and say bye-bye!! No deep inventory of who, what, when, where, why... just bye. How did you feel? My mantra prescription last week was pick 1-3 things you to create this year. What did you pick? Sharing your intentions brings energy and power to what you want. Do you have an absolute #1 thing? One of my top things is 100% Health & Vitality!

Because you are one of my peeps, I already know you are about the business of keeping your vibration high, using your intuition and following the path of your inner wisdom. You were sent here to leave your sprinkles and sparkles of magic, and leave your merry mark here on the planet. 

Time to choose ( if you wish) where you'll put and keep your attention. You know that feeling you get when you are coming down with a little something? It's a bummer when that happens but that "is" your intuition sending a message from your body. You know what you need. And the beautiful thing is we get signs from the big "U" all the time, like animal or number signs that keep popping up. 

One huge message and gift all wrapped into one is something that someone else has that you are envious of. Your envy is a root of your desire. So decide "Yes I shall have "___________" that for myself. I am ready!" If you wish, take it a step further and ask, "How can I make that happen?" Then let go. Every morning state your intention. You'll be amazed at the opportunities, signs and coincidences that appear. 

You might even want to get yourself a special magical notebook like mine to write affirmations, intentions and desires in. Write down your weekly mantra and quotes that hit you.

It's amazing what happens once you state your desires and intentions. The big"U" just has to set it up. I created going on tour playing my music down to the how much I was paid, and the kinds of events and rooms I performed at. I also manifested being within a half hour of the airport. When I lived in Kona, Hawaii I was literally ten minutes away.

Hello Aries New Moon! Get on your rockets and ride my dears. You may have been feeling this one early on this past week. This a the first new moon out of the gate after the stretch of eclipses, and astrological squares we've been through here on Earth. Do a new moon creating ceremony. New moons are for beginnings. Get outside in nature. Dress in pretty clothes that make you feel luscious and beautiful. Spend time with friends and family and celebrate! Be grounded so you can hold all that is coming in.

I am so excited to be using my new favorite deck!! The Vintage Wisdom Oracle. New beginning. New moon. New deck. Wouldn't you know it, when I did my first shuffle and card pick, I pulled the "new beginnings" and its in your new moon oracle card reading. 

The power of the number three runs all through the cosmic message for this new moon phase. I absolutely love when symbolism weaves a foretelling thread adding more layers to uncover and use from our end. Let's do it Aries-style, get right to it, and leave caution to the wind!

☽Harmony

A musical muse plays her song and weaves her web. This card represents the Sabian Symbol called the "music of the spheres." Sabian symbols are words created for each degree of the zodiac. Her song is her gift. She listens upward towards the heavens for all questions, for all issues of life, love and the meaning of why she is here, and what to do with the gifts she's been given.

You have leaned into Heaven and into God's house for sustenance, to be fed, to be nurtured, to be soothed and to be welcomed. You are a co-creator & creatress and Spirit knows who you are. There is joy in her face and expectation for all that is new. You welcome the moon phases now, feeling evermore deeply how connected we are to the Universe, and to each other.

The power of three makes its first appearance here as the three doves flying above the head of our muse. Ideas abound. Lots of ideas! It may feel like too many. You prayed for ideas. Ideas are creativity made manifest. The doves also symbolize inspiration called. Lots of inspiration. These doves are shadowed representing ascending out of the past two years of murky depths, but they fly now representing our gifts. Our gifts contain our experiences, troubles, heartache...and our triumph of how we rose up to be heroes and heroines of our stories. 

☽ Choice

Often we think we have only two choices, what is already happening and what should or could be happening. This or that. Forward or backward. Good or bad. As humans we naturally cannot always see all the options open to us. We think either/or. 

The power of three shows itself here as three choices and what I love is that there isn't a backwards choice. Choosing to stay where you are isn't always a bad thing. There is a choice to the left...check into your intuition. Up ahead look to your Higher Power (co-create) and to the right.  

There are so many options available! More than you can even imagine, so bring in your HP. Aries energy is intense, spirited,  reckless and impulsive but full of fiery inspiration. Aries peeps are trailblazers and mavericks. If you want to know more about Aries, read this. They are courageous and dive in where others may not want to take chances or move ahead. As a Virgo I appreciate the Aries-ness of my soul mate in life and music Mark Watson. He created his own record company and a catalog of world-renowned meditation music. A true Aries maverick.

☽ New Beginnings 

Thank you God for another sign that we are on the right track. There is nothing to be afraid of as there are so many choices available to you. Yes it sometimes hurts. Bad! It hurts to leave a relationship, even when it isn't bringing out the best in you. It hurts to leave a career or job you love, to be with your beloved in a new city. It hurts and is bittersweet to release in tiny bits, pockets of grief that will always be embedded mirrors of memories in your soul. But you will and you will be awesome. 

The power of three presents here as the 3 stars to the top left of the card. In angel numbers, 333 means you are surrounded by ascended masters at this time. Jesus, Mother Mary, Buddha, Merlin, Saint Germain, Lakshmi, and Ganesh are a few ascended masters. Our angels are with us if we ask them to be, and those we call to be on our spiritual team or spiritual posse. 

Self-starter, game-changer energy is available to you at this time and you get to choose! The energy of this new moon is perfect for bringing in the new. It's giving wings to the new life you've been visualizing, creating and divining.

Remember small changes, like going to bed 30 minutes earlier, or choosing to meditate 10 minutes a day are huge in the scheme of things! Considering making a career change and feeling out your options is ma-jor. Don't be afraid to consider options and allow Spirit to create avenues unimaginable to a human mind.

Welcome to my new feature! Psychic School!! Let's talk about Angel Numbers. Do you take notice of number sequences you see? Are you the kind of person who's in tune with number combinations, noticing sequences of one's and three's on license plates or the clock?

I was on a walk today. It was a glorious sunny almost Spring day here in my neck of the woods. I often pray and ask for guidance as I take in the beauty. I asked for a message...some kind of sign for confirmation on something important happening in my life. I thanked the Universe knowing my prayers would be answered.

Maybe I would see an angel feather or dove feather I take as a sign from the Divine Feminine. I have a favorite street on my walk I call my magical street. One part of it borders a beautiful park reminding me of New Orleans.

As I turned down the street, I saw a number 33 address. I take that number always as a sign that I am being watched over by the Divine Feminine, Ascended Masters and my Spiritual Posse.  I thought okay God give me some more! I really need your guidance! 

On the next street I was in rhythm with my steps, watching them hit the pavement in meditative movement. I looked up to see another 33 house number. 33 means you are surrounded now by the ascended masters you have called upon. They are giving you the help you have asked for. They are on it! Have faith and trust.

Doreen Virtue says 333 means that great ascended masters like Jesus, Mary, Buddha, and Kuan Yin are around you offering their support in your life mission. 

Numerology is the sacred language of numbers having it's roots in the teachings of Plato, Pythagoras the first "true" mathematician and in the mystic religious text the Kabbalah. 

Numerology says 333 contains the essence of creativity, inspiration and good works through sharing your gifts and talents. It also adds up to 9. In the sacred science of Numerology 3 + 3 + 3 = 9. The number 9 embodies the essence of idealism and philanthropy.
