Your Weekly Mantra: I Have Ten Minutes A Day To Create A Beautiful Life www.tatianascavnicky.com

Via

I was so inspired by Tony Robbin's visit to Super Soul Sunday a few weeks back. I love me some SSS! I recently changed up my morning routine which always includes meditation but I was journaling before I would meditate. You have to choose what is right for you and what you feel you need. That is the beauty of meditation. Tune into what you are craving. Your soul will answer.

If you are going through a rough patch, journaling can be great for getting rid of the funk. Its a clearing of emotion and thoughts. Its like taking a mental shower. Right as you get up things that are deep on your mind and issues you might be struggling with, will come up to be cleared.

This is also the most impressionable time for implanting new ideas and intentions.

If you are stuck in a really rough place, I recommend Tony's process as a quick and super great way to start your day with intention and gratitude for a powerful but quick daily practice. Journaling after your meditation can help you get out of that mental junkyard and invoke your God Goddess given magical-mojo powers.

The practice
* Three things you are grateful for, make it simple.
(Gratitude is a form of prayer)

* Three things to thrive....three things you'd like to see happen in the future and being grateful for their fruition.

* Ask yourself how you can love more.

Spending ten minutes everyday doing this will change your life....for real. I agree with what they said on the show. If you don't have ten minutes then you don't have a life. You may say but I am so busy. I think Tony and Oprah are pretty damn busy? Make it longer if you can and if you want to. But this is a game-changer. Read more about all the health benefits this short amount of time can give you here.

Meditation does not have to be a half hour or an hour long unless you want or need it to be. Doing it daily at the same time is good. Your body starts to settle in more deeply knowing its chill time. I like laying down and breathing focusing on feeling good inside as a practice too. My cat Hina meditates with me every morning. She actually comes to find me leading me to the bedroom. She lays on my crossed legs or close to me and off to Heaven we go.

Changing up your meditation from time to time is good. If you struggle with lots of thoughts coming in, use a guided meditation. I have quite a few to serve your needs. There are healing ones and meditations for prosperity and confidence too. Being guided with a soothing voice and imagery gets you out of your head and along for a beautiful ride.

I talk so much about how we can change our lives for better. This is probably the biggest thing you can take on and one of the most simple.

Weekly Mantra ~ How Lucky I Am tatianascavnicky.com

“I wish that life should not be cheap, but sacred. I wish the days to be as centuries, loaded, fragrant.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

There is magic in everyday. There is beauty so arresting in a sunrise and a sunset. This wonder is mine everyday. This enchantment is ours. The moments at dinner with family and friends. So many loved ones not here to be in, to see and touch feel this beauty. Perhaps they can see it from afar like angels do. But they can't really take it in like we can. Maybe as we revel at the day's beginnings, endings and even unravelings, we can bring it to them and ever more richly to us. How lucky we are...

May your week be magically beautiful and blessed,
XoTatiana

Weekly Mantra ~ I Look For The Good Stuff www.tatianascavnicky.com

Now we know that just two minutes daily of looking for the "good stuff" can change the playing field of life. Simple techniques like keeping a gratitude journal can help take away the "blues" or the "blahs". But maybe you aren't into keeping a looking for Mr. or Mrs. Good Stuff journal. Maybe your version of grateful goodness is walking your dogs or cooking dinner for your family.

Pleasure is an essential nutrient that you need, each and every day, to become and remain healthy. ~ Dr. Christiane Northrup, author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom

Anytime you do "stuff" that feels really good to you in a healthy way, you are feeding the sunshine within you...the goodies in your cells respond well to pleasurable experiences. A party of feelgood chemicals like dopamine and serotonin will show up. Christiane Northrup calls nitric oxide the "spark of life". It's released from high levels of
pleasure like sexual intimacy and by just thinking of yourself as sexy and vivacious. Stress cuts away at these feelgood chemicals and our health.

Do what makes you happy. Watch the sunrise or sunset. Spend quality time without cell phones or computer guests. You don't have to meditate or journal. I love too...but that's good stuff for me.  Follow your bliss? Yes...look for the good-stuff. It can only make this week really good.

My 2016 Forecast is still mighty good and reduced till the end of January. Feel free to contact me about a session or book yours now before
the 31st.

Magical blessings of lots of Good Stuff!

Weekly Mantra ~ I Am Grateful For Those Who Came Before Me www.tatianascavnicky.com

A mystic haze still lingers as if we are in between worlds. The veil is still thin. I love when it feels this way! Nov. 1st & 2nd are Dias de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. Take time to thank your ancestors...your people, those who have paved the way for you this week. You might want to write a letter to them, and burn or bury it. Look at photos to honor their memory or create an altar of honor and celebration.

Remember teachers, mentors and friends who have touched you deeply and made a difference in your life. Include the living too if you'd like. Bonfires were ritual practice during Samhain (the roots today's Halloween) to honor the dead.

You might find reconnecting with your loved ones, and those you have deeply trusted and valued on the other side can give you great peace, drawing you deep into the magical and ever-turning web of life.

May you feel and be Blessed,
XoTatiana

ps. This sunset pic is from my latest trip to Kona where I feel so sweetly connected to ALL. I hope these mantras give you that extra special mojo. It is with great pleasure that I divine/channel and craft them. Feel free to talk to me in the comments below or here. xoxoxox

Your Weekly Mantra ~ Unfold Your Own Myth www.tatianascavnicky.com

Take time this week to unfold the story you want to tell, the life you want to live and the mark you want to leave. If it's been awhile since you've thought about how you'd love your life to be, write down what really makes you happy, now. Who lifts you up? What are you grateful for? Find 20 things that give you extreme pleasure and rock your world.

Keeping a grateful journal is a simple but super-powerful tool that will change things. Write 5 things down daily in the morning, at night or during your spiritual practice. Feeling grateful actually creates a energetic vibration. It's an opening for more of what you are already grateful to have, and for what you want.

I hope your week is lovely!

Meditation: A Game Changer www.tatianascavnicky.com

Tumblr image

Meditation is a game-changer You don't have to do yoga to meditate and you don't have to hold your fingers perfectly, and have a meditation pillow. It's as easy as laying back, relaxing and allowing yourself to be guided. If you feel like using a pillow that's awesome if it works for you.

To get the best benefits from meditation do it daily, and preferably at the same time everyday. But if you miss your meditation time, just find time later in the day. Don't get hung up on a rigid practice or beat yourself up for missing. It can be refreshing to change up the time you practice, and the type of meditation you do.

Using guided meditations like the ones I've created are great if you have trouble clearing your mind. If you already have a meditation practice, doing something totally different can take you a deeper and "in the now" place. I compare it to mixing up your exercise routine. Changing up your work-out impacts your routine and boosts results. Changing up your meditation is just like that.

There are many ways to meditate. Praying, journaling, sitting and doing a nothing are a few. Watching the sunset, pondering a word or phrase, or saying a mantra over and over again are some other methods. Using guided meditations like the ones I've created add power to your practice as you experience restful and peaceful levels of relaxation. Using imagery which accesses the subconscious healing super-mind, with music takes you to deep levels where the magic happens.

Studies on meditation show reduced levels of stress, blood pressure and worry. Reduced pain and the evidence of "disease fighting genes are more active in meditators. Harvard researchers found that after two months of regular meditation, genes that kill diseased cells, fight inflammation and cancer were activated.

It also increases your intuition and is an extremely self-loving act. When you are in "observer mode" a natural by-product of meditation, you are training your brain to be able to think before you react as well as connect to the healer we all have within. Your outlook on life will shift and your nervous system will calm down the more you meditate. And it gets rid of the "11's" the lines between your eyebrows!

I was guided to create each of these meditations and Mark Watson's meditation music is the perfect back-drop for these sessions. Goddess, manifestation, healing, clearing and releasing and rejuvenating manifestations are available via immediate download below. Having a meditation practice changed my life. I recommend using my meditations daily and change them up. Coming back to a beloved meditation is like hearing your favorite jam on the radio. It will feel so good!

I just created a brand new meditation inspired by my biggest teacher, my Mother. I've been sitting and praying on this one for a while. I wanted it to be special and touch those of us who've had mother issues. I am so glad to finally share it with you!

It is my hope my meditations bring you deep peace, relief, joy, relaxation and all that you are wanting. If you love them share in the comments below. Invite those in your life that could benefit to visit here and choose one that suits them..

With Peace & Game-changer Love,
